We are on our way down from the suburbs of Chicago, IL to Nashville, TN. My husband and I always like to find non-chain restaurants along the way to stop for food. We look at reviews before we plan our stop and this restaurant received great reviews, so we went 3 miles off the interstateto come here! The outside of the location is like a strip mall, hole in the wall kind of place. Wow, did this place change our first impression! Great service! Inviting atmosphere! Good food! We will definitely make it a stop on our way back!
My tennis buddies and myself go every Tuesday after tennis clinic.We have done this for many years..The service is fantastic and the great drinks by Terry and Katie a huge bonus.Diane a great server with a great personal touch..The pub food is very consistent and good . I always get a carry out for my kids and myself . Highly recommend!
I love this place! We used to come in fairly regularly, but it had been quite awhile.....probably nearly a year since I had .....but Katie (our favorite server☺) approached our booth, welcomed me back, and asked if I would like an amaretto sour like I always had there.... IMPRESSED!! Thanks Katie!Update: Boathouse is my home away from home....kinda like Cheers. Good food, great service, and friendly faces.Update: This is my home away from home...full of dear friends who I consider family. Terri is the bestest bartender and friend.
Even on a very busy night, we were seated as soon as a table became available and had our food within 30 minutes. Happy with price, quality, portions, and service. We tried the pizza and the Buffalo style chicken tenders.
We usually eat here 3 times a month. The beef burrito & the patty melt are awesome. Haven't been disappointed yet.Wonderful staff!
Apparently this restaurant thinks it's cool to disrespect paying customers. Yes I'm talking about you, Katie.If you can't be respectful enough to refer to people the way they ask, at least shut your stinking mouth, do your job, and keep it to yourself, Katie. I would have thrown my food on you if I were either member of that party.
We had a great time on our way through Indianapolis. We stopped by Boathouse grill for a quick bite and enjoyed the meal, even though it's your run of the mill bar and grill food. The service was awesome though and our waitress, I think her name was Katie (I'll have to check my receipt) was really sweet and we enjoyed our time here. Worth a trip if you're in the area.
Misgendering someone 3 times & continuing on with your day is disgusting. Katie do better.I hope you retrain your employees. You never know what someone's going through in their life.
