I’d heard great things about this restaurant and experiencing it was even better. We had some gin-infused cocktails suggested by our server which were on point. And then we shared the egg truffle bread and pork belly. There was less truffle flavor than I expected (like many dishes I’ve had in regions of Croatia) but it was a nice dish. The pork belly was incredible. It was an excellent presentation and savory blend of flavors in my mouth. I’d definitely order that again and I need to get the brussel sprouts next time!

Well executed, relatively focused menu with good renditions of approachable dishes accompanied by an expert drinks program. I deeply enjoyed the simplicity of good pasta in the form of their spaghetti, which we have gotten on every visit. If there was one thing to wish for out of this kitchen it would be more risk taking - they clearly have the skills to pull off more adventurous takes on the New American genre!

My husband and I came to town for Supercross and to celebrate his birthday. We wanted shared plates and this restaurant was fabulous! We went around 7 on St. Patrick’s day. The weather was so insanely nice, we didn’t wait and got a seat on the patio right away! The service was excellent! Everyone was so attentive and knowledgeable. Drinks: My husband doesn’t drink and really loves their craft sodas. He had a Virgin Moscow mule with their ginger beer and loved the spiciness of it. The blueberry basil was also so fresh and delicious. I had the spicy mezcal tequila cocktail. It was amazing! That chili syrup made it! It was Smokey with the mezcal and had a hint of spicy in your throat, perfect! Dishes: We shared a few plates and they were stellar! We started with 12 oysters. They were plump and juicy. The mignonette was acidic and left us with a clean bite. The salmon tartare was delicious, but super salty. The Asian sauces in addition to salt was too overpowering. The tarro Chips were good too. We had half the beet salad. The earthiness of the beers paired nicely with the fennel and truffle vinaigrette was a nice compliment. Our favorite dishes were the wings and lamb. The wings were perfectly fried and crispy. The hot honey was genius! It was sticky and had the perfect amount of spice. The cilantro dip was a little thin and didn’t have much flavor. The lamb was so good, we could have licked the bowl. There wasn’t a lot of lamb, but it was cooked perfectly and juicy. The pita was spiced so nicel The heat from the Fresno, the creaminess of the hummus, and acid from the pickled onions were so delicious. I would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back for the amazing food and excellent service!
