First time here on a whim looking for a smoothie and my only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner! I got a pineapple banana smoothie and peach mango tea and they were both delicious. It feels great to start the day with healthy energy. Jeremy, the owner, made me the love the place even more. So kind and really believes in community health. Will be back anytime I’m in this area!
Exceptional! I tried it for the first time today. A S’mores Shake and a Pink Punch tea! Couldn’t believe how smooth the shake was and the amount of flavors packed into both! Heavenly! Definitely a nice on the go breakfast. Highly recommend! They have a big menu filled with different options to try!

I had a delicious pecan pie shake with a Surprise energy drink, they are really creative in their flavors. tip top service when you enter.
My 1st time here and I love the drinks. I ordered the orange creamsicle and gummy bear tea. The ladies were sweet and patient.
First of all the girls in this shop are the SWEETEST!! They helped me both visits decide what I wanted without rushing me at all (sorry no pic of my delicious iced coffee from yesterday.) They are friendly and fun and make you feel so welcome. But most importantly all 3 drinks I’ve had have been amazing! I can’t even pick a favorite bc the coffee was perfect, the tea is so refreshing and the shake is heavenly! All 250 calories or less!! Take my money Bliss Nutrition!
Staff is very friendly and I enjoyed my visit. However, the products are EXTREMELY overpriced. They use Soy Protein, instead of whey, with no other alternatives. Soy is a cheap protein and is particularly bad for you, especially for men (google it). I paid over $14 for a 16oz Shake (only 17g protein) and 32oz Tea. Flavors are mediocre and the tea is weirdly thick and tastes nothing like the advertised name. I'd avoid this place unless you just want someone to talk to, because they are pretty good at that.
