Love getting Blaze's everytime I come to town to visit my cousin! Best pizza around! Wish there was one in Henry County!
Not only is their pizza amazing, they have great employees as well. Today I was greeted enthusiastically by a new employee named Mike. He made me feel welcome and worked hard to get my name and order right. Mike was being trained by Seth who was an exemplary example of kind, polite, effective training. Both individuals hard work ethic and polite interactions made it a great experience today!
I came to this location because one reviewer said the service was friendly, and they were so correct!!! Such friendly service and very attentive to order details! Extra plus because they were accommodating for allergies as well! Def come and see for yourself!!!

Warning: deceptive delivery practice. They make it look like they have in-house delivery, it's not until you pay that you learn that it's coming from Uber eats. Pizza left the store at 11:09, arrived 2 miles down the road to me at 11:54. I would have never ordered from here if they were honest and let you know it would be coming via Uber. Pizza itself seems like it would be decent if not cold, but I guess I'll never really know.
If you're in a rush, I would go elsewhere, especially if you're going during higher traffic times. The food is always good and staff is kind at helping my picky eater child. The bathrooms are kept so, so with tables being wiped off the same only due to low staffing. When my family dines in, we're always having to clean our table which is why it's 3 stars. Pizza is made to your liking with the only thing special of having a fire oven cooked pizza.
I love coming to this place. People are always friendly, always greets me when I come in, in store always clean. This guy name Derrick was very friendly and helpful. I was seated and eating and this person came to check on me and asked me if everything was OK. This experience was so awesome and I can’t wait to go back. The food was great and OnPoint. They made me feel like I was home. Everyone deserves a raise or some type of incentives for running this place at 100%. I just want to take the moment to live this positive feedback and thank all the workers for showing me what customer service is all about. Thank you!
I’m excited to leave this review. As someone else who is in management, leaving a positive experience after a negative interaction is paramount. What happened today leaves me extremely disappointed and honestly surprised someone like this is allowed to represent your company. Today I ordered pizza for my workers. We were having a record setting day and they deserved a reward. Ordering it, 20 minutes after it was delivered I received a message. No pizza was ever delivered, and when I called the location to get help, the manager was being as rude and dismissive as possible. Just treat me like a human! After the “lord help you” under his breath, I had to hang up or I was going to come in there and tell him how he should talk to people. I have teenagers who are way more polite and respectful than what that guy was. The interaction was at 3:30 on 12/28. Do something about that guy or he will lose you money. I’d fire you in a second if I saw or heard you speak to anyone that way. On the clock or not, be respectful. We will not be doing business here again, and we will make sure to all leave a nice review.
