After being seated we ordered a bottle of wine. I typically like to sip on wine while waiting for my food to be served. We were served 2 of our 3 courses of our meal before our bottle arrived. After a hour of waiting we finally received our bottle of wine. No one apologized to us for the delay. It was very disappointing.

We sat at our table for an hour waiting for the grill/ dinner. While we waited the server took forever getting our drinks. We had a child with us who was very hungry I asked the server for crackers or bread and he came back with nothing. The cook could have cared less about cooking/show. We will never return.

I made reservations as I always do & for the 3x I did not get seated for about 45 minutes AFTER my reservation time. Then we dis not get our soup until 30 minutes in + I had to ask for our salads (which I asked for while the food was now being prepared; as I assumed they would have brought it vs. me having to ask) then we waited another 35/45 minutes for our cook to come. Needless to say my reservation was at 3:30 we did not leave until about 7. I LOVE their food but the structure & time is HORRIBLE!

As the first table seated for the night, I was incredibly surprised to see the restaurant was still not cleaned. The tile floors in the entrance and bathroom area had our shoes sticking to them with every step. The carpeted dining room was not swept and rice/food was evident many places. There was an employee actively sweeping the floors around us while we ordered. The cooktop in front of us still had leftover crumbles of food and rice from the night before, too. Once dinner began, our server was fantastic. Jose was quite attentive to the table and kept water and drink refills coming. The soup and salad were both good. I would have to guess our chef was still somewhat new to this restaurant. Her knife skills and typical showmanship at the table were non-existent. There was only the onion volcano and heart shaped fried rice, which caused my son to ask when she was going to flip the shrimp tail into her hat. It just never happened. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the kids ordered chicken and it was tough and dried out due to sitting on the cooktop too long. Atmosphere was as you'd expect it - a few screaming kids and the rest an energetic crowd. I'm sure this and many restaurants are still recovering from Covid, but there's zero excuse for the facility not being spotless for the first table at 530 p.m.

It was horrible. I’ve had habachi several times at several different places and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. I went to this same spot years ago and it was great. The food was tasteless portions were small and service was horrible. Over priced. I had to grab fast food I was so hungry.

People very friendly and profesional The food was excelent We will come back any time

Overall experience was fair. First time coming here. We made reservations, and still had to wait. Service was poor. Not sure if they were short staff but we had to remind server for refills, ordered sake and beer, no cups were given. Ordered sushi, had to ask sushi how much longer as they were cooking the hibachi. Has to ask for our soups and salads. The cook was amazing. The server was so kind and friendly but just was not on top of things. Other staff members had to get us drinks, cups, etc. Our table of 9 total was about $300 dollars and was not worth it overall. Will not be back.

First time at this Benihana and would never go back. We had a reservation at 6:30 and we arrived 20 minutes early. He told us we would be sat closer to our reservation time which was completely understandable. We didn’t even get sat until 7:00. People were coming in way after us and getting sat almost immediately. Then they saw we had a young child with us, didn’t offer a booster or high chair or ask if we wanted a kids menu. We asked if we could have a booster, so we waited and waited, then finally went and got it ourselves, the man we asked was up front just talking. When the chef came out he seemed like he didn’t want to be there, wasn’t interactive at all. The food didn’t have the flavor we’ve experienced at other Benihana locations, just wasn’t good at all. We love Benihana, so it was very disappointing.

Hello there I definitely will not be returning to this particular location service was so so our waitress was so so left empty dishes and did not come by much to see it we needed refills place was pretty empty my husband and I needed to use restroom and let me tell dirtiest restroom no paper towel or toilet paper trash all over floor the floor was so sticky our shoes were sticking from there back to our table for the price you pay and really the place was empty there is no excuse for that I loved the food go there every year for my birthday will not return back to this one Also the outside was just as bad masks thrown down on the ground just filthy I definitely will not be returning back here

The food was good, but not any better than similar types of restaurants that cost way less. At the beginning of our meal the bathroom was out of paper towels and it was quite messy. I nicely let an employee know. He said he would let the manager know. At the end of the meal the bathroom hadn’t changed and it wasn’t busy at all while we were there. I think the food is good, but too much for what it is.
