I can’t even begin to describe the experience I’ve had at this restaurant, it was like no other. Not only was the staff was horrible but it took my food 45 minutes to come out and the order was wrong. To even call yourself a respectable establish is an insult to restaurants everywhere. How about take a business class before opening one because I am left truly petrified. Do better!!

Most under rated restaurant downtown for romantic classy weekend evenings filled with great food and live jazz music

At first I never actually build any interest on this Binary/Forex trading of a thing but when I later gave it a try with the Help of this wonderful Expert Trader Mrs jennifer . It was a successful trade for me. All i did was to invest $550 into my first trading and to my greatest surprise, I received huge amount of $6,420 as profit in 6 days of trading. Mrs jennifer was the trader that made it possible and she is still doing it all for me.. The food is delicious !!! Service was amazing !!!

My wife and I had dinner here last night, and there was an amazing jazz show going on. There are four very talented musicians playing, and apparently, sometimes there are even more than that. The food was great, and we had a couple of cocktails, and relaxed and enjoyed the show. It's an interesting combination: Thai food, and jazz, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Bad experience at Bangkok Restaurant & Jazz Bar. It all started when we asked to be seated next to the windows (irritated server mumbled words we could not understand) and went downhill from there. There were two servers and the main server's attitude was horrible to say the least. She never smiled and acted as if we were an inconvenience to her the entire time. Please note that even though they serve/advertise a lot of their dishes with tofu/vegetables, ALL of their entrees (except curries) come with chicken broth/fish sauce. If you are a vegetarian and do not wish to eat dishes with those items then this place should be avoided. They could not make any of their entrees without these items. They also refused to serve curries with steamed tofu instead of fried tofu - most Thai places are able to do this upon request. This place would have easily gotten 4 stars because what we were able to eat was excellent. My friends found their dishes to be flavorful as well (kudos to the chef!). Unfortunately, due to extremely poor attitude of their server, we will not be going back!

Great food, great atmosphere and best of all very Friendly service!! The staffs and P'Pokie the restaurant owner are so kind and sweet! will be returning again when we visit Indy!! Thank you for such a great customer service!!

Food is great and good service. I leave two stars because the servers are not wearing masks all the time. I am very uncomfortable when I am eating and the server came with no masks. So, I had to hook my masks on my ears and took half down when eating. Anyway, still a good place with great jazz music on the background.

When we got there, it took awhile for someone to attend to us. When it was time to attend to us, she tried to say the couple behind us was to be seated before us even though we were not only there first but also had a reservation. No utensils on table. Everyone seemed to be waiting a long time. I had to catch another woman who was bringing out the food to take our orders. Took awhile for the food to come out and it ended up not being good. After paying, the one lady from the beginning came back telling us we forgot to tip. Ridiculous.

A real taste and sound experience. Accompanied by live jazz that doesn't eclipse conversation, the food was freshly made and not overpowered by sauces. The vegetables in the dishes were fresh and not soggy. The new menu is delicious. Highly recommend chicken with cashews, the Thai salad rolls, the dumplings and the shrimp in clay pot. I will be doing carry-out during the week and returning for dinner on the weekends. I can't wait to try new dishes!
