Absolutely love this bakery, every pastry is so good and not much more than a buck a pastry. I always get too much whenever I'm in the area.
We ordered a cake a week ago and by the time I came to pick it up they noticed they gave my cake to someone else ....So they gave me two half cakes and the plates to I cake fix it at home ... next time time maybe im gonna have to bake it too ...

The service here is friendly and their butter cookies are mouth watering and delicious. They melt in your mouth as you're eating them.
I've given this establishment too many chances as there is a lack of customer service, convenience, and items. They don't have what is required as common sense to be a cake shop or even a bakery. We've had friends come to this place that had received inadequate customer service. One time I had ordered a large graduation cake for my son that was a Tres Leches(Three Milks cake). My daughter went to pick it up and was given the cake in a flimsy cardboard box with no lid. She asked for a lid and was told they don't give them lids due to the size. This cake was for the next day and couldn't be left uncovered for long as it was a windy day and had to be transported two separate times. She came home with the box already soaking wet, falling apart, and the cake losing its form after only 15 minutes. I sent her in a rush to go to Kroger and ask if they had a box. Of course they had a perfect PLASTIC box WITH a lid that fit the cake very well. Considering you pay $20 for a cake at Kroger and can still get a better box than an expensive cake from this place it sure is disappointing. Today I went in and got another cake (round and much smaller.) I asked the employee if I could get a bag to be able to carry it as I had bought other items and it was raining. An employee steps in and says " We don't have bags, Never have and we never will for cakes!" So all they gave me was a small plastic bag that I would have to hold the cake the exact same way ,as if I didn't have a bag. Like I said these employees and the owner have very little common sense so when you go in make sure to take your own box and lid because apparently an "Artisan" Bakery that does SO well can't even afford boxes or bags .
The ABSOLUTE BEST pastry’s in Town! The cookies, croissants, breads, and cakes are delicious! My favorite are the Bavarian cream filled sugar cakes mmmm ?
Beautiful pastries of all sorts. The aroma when you walk in hooks you right away. Great prices. Super nice and helpful staff. Carrot cake cupcake was amazing!
I am very disappointed. There pan is old and hard. The pan has a different taste for sure. I've had way better pan dulce at Mama Ines's. Not a good place and we are definitely not going back.

This bakery makes all the Mexican pastries you can think of. They also make fruit cakes for special occasions which is my favorite! As usual, some of these are too sweet for me.
