Had a tasty late brunch here last Sunday afternoon, somehow my first time visiting this hometown mainstay. Great service, yummy French toast & potato casserole, and loved the live music playing at a reasonable volume. Will definitely be back!
FABULOUS. I’ve had French onion soup, spicy Brussels sprouts (pictured), the guacamole burger, and the chicken salad, and everything has been so good. Never one complaint from me! There’s always so many different beers on tap and the atmosphere is amazing. A classic Indy spot. GO HERE! And I hope you get Alex and Logan as your bartenders!
First time here, out of state visitor. service was very good, food excellent and great portions. Sat outside as it was a beautiful day. Server offered some recommendations and was attentive. I would return upon my next visit.
One of my favorite places to grab lunch in Indianapolis! The nachos are amazing, prices are reasonable, and they have a solid drink menu. Staff is always friendly and attentive, great place to go with friends.
I gave it 3 stars because the food was good. Service wasn't very well. Please if you're a server don't say within earshot of people that just walked in that you don't want to take them because you want the regulars that just walked in. This was my mother's day dinner and it didn't make me feel special at all. Yes, we heard what you said. No desire to come back. You had great ratings too which is disappointing.
Our server Shauna was fantastic, knowledgeable and personable. We started off with the Mussels in a white wine tomato sauce. So delicious!!!
It was good food though and the prices are definitely appropriate, considering the large amount that you get. I'd say it's a good value.
Both the food and atmosphere was great. I had the crabcake sandwich and onion rings and my partner had the Ruben.He stated it was the best corn beef he has had.The waitress was friendly and personable. Definitely will be going back and checking out their Sunday Brunch !
We really enjoyed our meals 3 adults the meatballs and spaghetti, the delightful clam chowder, salads, Cajun pasta, chicken marsala, and huge portions. The kind man taking us to our seats, and making sure we were satisfied was a plus! The waitress we had at lunch time seemed disgruntled and short. Don't get me wrong we all have our off-beat days, but in public service business WE must try to find a way to leave our personal chaos at the door. You know, grin and bear it. (or stay home) We plan to possibly return someday, hopefully it will be a welcoming experience entirely. Thanks for the 'awareness' best wishes to this business #almost5stars??????
