My advice being a business owner myself when mistakes happen take ownership of the mistakes and don't place blame on the customers, own the mistakes and do what is necessary to improve your business and build lifetime customers. Incredible service from a wonderful cook/ cashier all around charismatic magic woman. I love the open air vibe where you can see everything being made and it was cheap with no hidden charges! Products can take longer than 3 weeks then what you been told , it can take up to 6 weeks from date of purchase 2. Customer service is very very very poor 3. When u receive a tracking # it doesn't mean nothing unless the product has actually been shipped..it can say label been created but not shipped for a long time 4.Needs a Better Refund policy for dissatisfied products and service.
We ordered a multi pack of the buffalo patties, hot links, and oatmeal pies. So far we've only had the patties and oatmeal pies, but they were both soooooo good. As a vegan I have had MANY bean burgers and the texture and flavor of the Always Bean buffalo patties were perfection. They don't fall apart when you cook them, they brown up easily, and the flavor is amazing without being overwhelming. It also seems like the salt content is low becauseI have high blood pressure and they didn't spike it at all. Highly recommend. Wish we lived closer. I hope one day their products make it to stores.

I have had a few meals here and had them bake a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I can highly recommend the food and the baked goods! All vegan a reasonably priced! So far the grilled cheese and this amazing cake has been our favorite food items.
