Sometimes takes really long just to get an Ice cream cone. And you don't see a lot of customers, I understand when they're busy but not this time.

On our way to Danny’s Mexican Ice Cream in Avon, we saw this new place, and stopped to give it a try. Wish we had kept going. Yes, they have so many good things to chose from, their prices are reasonable, and the ice cream is really good, at least what we got. But, their customer service is terrible. There were 3/4 young girls and a young guy who were simply rude for no reason. We had a couple of questions, and they seemed annoyed by them and answered in a way as if we were inconveniencing them. They just handed my business to Danny’s Ice Cream in Avon where their ice cream is as good if not better, and the person who is always working there goes out of her way to make all customers feel welcome. First and last at Alpha Neveria y Paleteria. ??♀️
