By far the worst wingstop ever.. the site says 12a.m and it's been twice that I've come here to pick up my order at 11:45 and close.. need ro do better..
The wings are good. Do not order the lemon pepper wings they are not worth it.
The girl was very rude to guests and staff. She was cursing and complaining the entire time. Several people had to wait 15 to 20 mins before they would even take our order so that they could fill all the online orders first. Then they stopped accepting walk ins and told everyone online orders only. The guy working the register was nice though.
I should have read the reviews. This place was disappointing. From service to the food... just don't waste your time.
Food was good but the service was crazy. The person at the register definitely needed some help that she didn't get.
Just had order some wings from there , the ranch is so water down you can literally drink it if you wanted to , and they serving chicken that’s has already been deep fried. Place was good before and now it’s just nasty . Don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it anymore.
The customer service was good but the food was nasty and it wasn't fresh like I asked I never had nasty wingstop.
Good customer service, order was accurate, and it wasn't crowded. Masks are required for customers which I don't have an issue with.
Let me start off with saying that last year this was the spot for wings and did not want to believe all these reviews saying otherwise. With that being said I can not express it enough that the management there (Brandi) is absolutely horrible to costumers and employees alike. If you want a better service (and product) experience head on over to the one on 53rd and Dorchester.By the time I got my food and dealt with Brandis attitude I got cold wings, salty fries and was missing the cups of ranch that came with my order. I should also mention she opened my bag while wearing her mask on her chin
I asked for Louisiana rub and lemon pepper but these wings are dry as hell... No flavor on them at all
