Waited 3 hours for my pizza. Lied and said pizza was on its way never came. Called and they were closed. SAD of a Business. They could of been homest and I would have ordered from another pizza place. Lost a long time customer.

If I could give them no stars I would. They have gone down the drain these last two years, horrible pizza and customer service. I've really tried ordering from them twice but both times this past March have been so bad. Disgusting raw pizza, even after ordering it well done I get a half way cooked one and a pathetic one with barely any pepperoni. The delivery service is super slow. The pizza is never done right or not cooked all the way. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place. They DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, let alone how to properly cook pizza. Definitely never ordering from here, after so many years of ordering from them it's sadly not the same quality or service.
I drove from Wisconsin and bought a large stuffed cheese and sausage pizza what I got was barely any cheese the sausage is ground up all sauce 26.75 don the drain I won't be eating this pizza if you wanna call it that.
The pizza was terrible it looked like a person with no experience made it i ordered a giant pepperoni and it literally had like 18 slices of pepp ridiculous the crust was funny (shape was oval lol not round ?) and on top of thatIT WAS BURNT.
Not all that. Old chain. Owner died. Not up to reputation in my opinion. Wings good. Great hot buffalow pizza sauce to thin REGAURDLESS how much u request. Also no flavor like tomatoes from a can
First time getting pizza from here, really good and on time especially for new years Eve! I'm usually very picky when it comes to pizza but this place was really good! Ty guys
What's really impressed with the quality of the food when I first tried it but it has gone downhill since my first experience last experience was my worst experience first off Pizza smelled funny on entering my car to think maybe the cheese may have been old or was allowed to reach room temperature had a very odd taste and from my experience it made the pizza taste funny and wasn't good at all almost took it back but I live kind of far but it was definitely wasted won't go back there for quite a while Hammond location portage is absolute trash not willing to try any other location
Buyer beware..Horrible service. Pizza is not that great in comparison to other Pizza restaurants in the Chicagoland area. Do not order the Gyros, they have no clue how to slice it and it tastes awful. Delivery service is the worst I've ever seen. To tell you the truth, I really don't know how they are still in business. Whoever thinks Veronas food is good must not have taste buds or developed palate.
