Drive thru lady was nice. The young lady had some face piercing. They enjoy the craving box.
Love going there, food is good and they have really good customer service, and wait was not long.
Been there 3 times at lunch..no one around..its like they are hiding in the back smoking crack....I seen an employee jump over the counter and run into the bathroom..who knows what's going on in there....need to close this location
Just came through the DT, I was the only car. Ordered 2 spicy potato tacos, an order of chips and cheese, small sprite, no ice. Both of my flour tortillas were cold and stiff, potatoes were cold, chips were cold. No napkins, no receipt, no sauce.I don't expect fine dining and I legit NEVER complain, but damn! Y'all not even trying anymore?
Imagine going to get food, they screw one thing up. You go to get it corrected. They take the drink, won't give you the correct one, committing theft, then threatening to call the police because they won't give you the drink you paid for. Call the police for what? The theft you just tried to commit. Can't even apologize for your mistake Absolute joke. You should be ashamed of yourself and get a reality check, and quit working if that's how you're going to handle customer service. You're better going to the one in Hammond on Calumet.
When is the place going to be closed down? It needs to be run by better staff who train employees the right way this Taco Bell is literally and standing joke. I wish someone would comment and tell me to come and in speak with them, just to look the poor excuse of supervisor in the face and laugh
You can't go wrong with Taco Bell! Crunch Wrap Supreme is amazing. Pretty quick to, no matter how long the line is!
The food is Taco Bell food. Can’t expect more. There was a long hair in one of my burritos. This places also does CASH ONLY lately, which seems suspicious. You can still order online with debit to pick up in the drive try, but you cant use a debit card at the drive thru?
Never seen a taco bell not take debit cards for over 2 weeks now! And employees seem so happy about it. Less work for them, but I guess they get paid either way huh... Awful
They never serve anyone anymore except for DoorDash and Uber Eats.
