Messed my order up twice back to back. Had to wait in line both times. Got home finally because everything looked accounted for after the second time to open it up and the order wasn't made properly. They did say I could go back and they will fix it for me as long as I go there with in the next 3 days. This is the first time I've had this kind of problem with this taco bell location.
It takes 3 tries for them to get you nachos with no beef, and about 45 min total of waiting in the line since they'll make you go back through it even after calling. I'd really like my 45 min back.
Dirty dining area. Looked like nobody cleans the tables chairs or floor. Would not recommend to dine in.
I like it because I always get what I love everything is clean a d the lady is attending the customer she is very friendly
I don't know why there is so many complaints. Everytime I eat inside or order to go it's perfectly how i ordered it. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones. But I don't think that's the case!
I don't like when I pick up a taco and it falls apart. Ordered a dozen. They all broke if they weren't broke already. They asked me how many sauces I want. Why ask if you can't give the right amount. Didn't even have enough for every taco. Lunch was ruined thank you Taco Bell. Never going there again. There's so many real taco places around. Why waste your time with fake!
Took almost an hour for the food. Order all messed up. Everyone had an attitude. The food looked like a 1yr old put it together. Worse experience ever in my life. I WILL NOT COME BACK!
Food is good and done fast but every time I go there they have trouble understanding what I say, either their speaker doesn't work my English sucks or they just can't hear me but it only happens at that place
Every single time I go here they forget something but what's worse is that I will directly ask them.. is the cinnamon twist in the bag? Is the hot sauce inside... and they say YES but Nope! 9 out of 10x they forget something! It's usually my cinnamon twist! This location probably owes me a dozen cinnamon twist by now, its pretty ridiculous actually but expected.. how sad is that?
I truly appreciate the dine inside offer. The food was very Tasty! Will go again in Hammond, Indiana. Thank you!
