Street shack is now Pico De Gallo. They still have American Like burgers and Street steak sandwiches but they are focusing on Mexican food now. So I stopped here yesterday to continue my burrito quest. Very good bang for the buck and it was not bad at all save for one small piece of gristle. I dont know about the rest of the menu, but the burrito is good.
Tonight was my hubby and I first visit and I am pleased! I've been searching for a decent taco in Indiana and the struggle has been real. The order taker made no mistake with my order and it was ready during the time frame she said it would be. The hubby gobbled the Cajun chicken pasta.....as I enjoyed the elotes and steak tacos. We loved it all. We will be back. We are coming from Hobart for these tacos every rip! Thank youuuuu
I odered a Margarita...they said they were out..i looked at the next table and a white lady had one. I asked was that the last one they said yeah. As i was leaving with my coworkers they gave the lady another full glass of a Margarita & i said how she get another drink. They didn't respond. Its cool I won't be back! So to all my blk ppl they dnt like us so dnt go there! Oh & i will be sharing this review all over.

I had a couple soft shell pork tacos and one chicken taco I thought they were really good my only complaint is the red hot sauce they provide for the tacos tastes like it's modified spaghetti sauce but the food's good enough I overlook it
If you want some really awesome Mexican food you gotta try this place! The staff is really friendly and accommodating, I love the hug mugs the drinks come in and wellThe shrimp tacos are just fantastic I can’t get enough of the shrimp tacos!!! Y’all gotta try them! Seriously this place is open til 10 and even that late in the evening the food they brought to my table was really good! They have hot churros!!! ???? Try it out guys you won’t be disappointed!
My new favorite place for delicious chicken tacos. I've recommended this place to others and it is safe to say they are all now addicted. They serve all types of American food.
It doesn’t look like a super tempting restaurant upon walking up, but knowing me, I’m almost always down to try a new place. They have a dining room as well, which I was sort of shocked that they have seating with staff to serve your table. I ate here with my girlfriend and dog at a table. My dog is a service animal and they didn’t have any issues with her eating with us, so that was already a big plus in my eyes! They served us Chips and Salsa. The Chips were good and the Salsa had a really nice blend to it with a little kicker tied in, too. I ordered a Diet Soda and we got a Lime Margarita On The Rocks. For food, I ordered the Street Wings, boneless, bathed in the Parmesan Garlic Sauce. I also got the Street Taco on corn and the Hammond Taco on corn. The Diet Soda came in a big glass with an icy chill to it! It was really refreshing. The Lime Margarita had a nice lime burst throughout with salt around the rim. I’d recommend trying one of these with your meal, yum! The food came out pretty quick. The Street Wings came out in a nice, long plate with celery and a cup of ranch. There were seven wings. They weren’t cheap on price, but they also weren’t cheap on quality! The sauce wasn’t a powder, it was an actual glaze on the wings, which I’d say is rare for that type of sauce. It resembles a white cheese sauce and also tasted like there was a hint of cheese in the Parmesan Garlic Sauce. The Street Taco had steak, onions, and cilantro on it. It was wrapped in a double corn tortilla, so that’s a gigantic plus for giving the taco durability. It had great flavor. The Hammond Taco had steak, melted chihuahua cheese, guacamole, and bacon. I’m not too into having guacamole on my meal, usually only with chips, but in this case, wow! The guacamole and bacon teamed up and basted the steak with an intense flavor that’s almost indescribable. You have to try this one to know what I’m talking about. My only complaint about it would be that I only ordered one. The service was up to date and we were taken care of appropriately. She got us refills on the Chips and Salsa and Diet Soda when we needed them, without hesitation. She was very nice and treats customers as you should in this industry. Overall, this place really surprised me. I had my dinner kind of late on a Sunday, so my options were rather small. I figured I’d try a new place that seemed like they would serve me an average meal, but instead I got a five star experience with awesome, quality food! Will I come back? You bet I will.
We just started going to street shack about 3 weeks ago and I must say it is one of my families favorite now! My daughter gets excited when I mention we are eating here for dinner. The Hammond tacos are SO good. I highly recommend! Thank you!
Best in everything! I love the lemonade!!!the tortilla soup is bomb! I always grab a large. The tacos are fire! The enchiladas verde are addictive! The owners and workers are the best part about this place! Great spot!
