Great service and excellent atmosphere to dine in.
The cafe is very unclean. The employees were throwing things around and making more of a mess. They did not look welcoming and did not welcome us when we walked in. Both drinks were missing add ins that were printed on the label. Will not be returning.
They take forever and the last time I was there they gave my wife a caffeinated coffee when she wanted decaf
The staff are very friendly. I just wish they did not have along line or wait times. However, people are willing to wait for their beverages,
I've tried coming here over three times. Although staff have been nice here and there..and the location is convenient.. the wait time in the drive thru is awful. I always wait AT LEAST 20 minutes and the inside is rarely open.
Trying to get coffee via drive thru after 10am, expect to be in line for at least 45 minutes. Consistently slow service.
This Starbucks is always closed early. Their mobile order never works. Lobby is constantly closed at open hours. This is the WORST location I’ve ever been to. It’s something different every single day. I even placed a mobile order once and showed up just for the store to be close around 7:45 PM. The order went through and CHARGED my card anyway. GET IT TOGETHER.
I have been going all week and staff are rude and they don’t even greet you. I usually like going by 95th and Oakland because service their if 5+ stars but here is -1 star. I place my order by drive they and they give you an attitude like you want something else with a tone, or if my order is customize they are poor at it the service is ridiculous they charge you for extra dragon fruit and I still don’t get none like why charge me then???? It doesn’t taste good I paid almost $8 for this.!!!
I'm leaving this review on behalf of my husband. He is a truck driver and stopped to get coffee at 7am. The manager and crew were super friendly and helpful. He talked about how great of an experience it was all morning. Thank you for taking care of my truck driver and giving him such a positive experience, especially since he had been up driving for 5 hours by the time he got there. Thank you!
