Fast service and friendly employees. THE STAFF ROCK! You guys are always on top of your game and deliver the most delicious drinks. Never forget anything and always make the drinks look pretty as a bonus. My favorite Starbucks store without a doubt !
Drive through as ALWAYS is super fast! The ladies do a great job suggesting drinks. They are so friendly, I never feel rushed like most locations. I am such a regular customer, that I notice the cashiers hair color change. My quick stops are superb, no complaints here. Can't EVER forget to tip these hardworking baristas!
The employees are generally very nice here. 4 stars because it's Starbucks so I don't think it will ever be 5 star coffee.
Went for new summer refreshers. They were "sold out". Putting signs up would be helpful so you don't wait forever in line to find out they are out
this is the BEST location my husband & I have been to! we're truckers & they accomodate us when there has been a "drive-thru" only option during covid & now with labor shortages. more locations should learn a thing or 2 from these girls
Line was long but that's Starbucks reality. Staff was so pleasant and friendly. Especially Hannah at the drive thru window.

Allowed for me to put in a mobile pick up order in the lobby, and then had the doors locked so I couldn't get in. I was told I must go through the drive through with my truck and trailer. How convenient. Also the traffic pattern for the drive through blows goats.
i really enjoyed this location , i came to Hammond a couple months ago, and i visited this Starbucks 3 days in a row and i received awesome customer service , staff was really friendly and quick and the facility was clean , i also order my coffee a specific way and they got it right every single time i would recommend this location and i would gladly return if I'm ever in the area again ❤️
I always drive to the city to dash or just enjoy the energy - of course a good drink is needed for the ride right!? Well this time they didn’t have a few add ins however I look at it the positive way…. You don’t have it because you sold out! Haha no biggie but Frank made my drink amazingly even though it wasn’t exactly what I went for. Halie was awesome! So sweet! We didn’t think my cold foam was thick and she explained why it wouldn’t be. So sweet and helpful.Well my foam was thick! Whoot whoot! Haha So I wanted to call and tell her thank you, again.Noah answered the phone and was very patient and sweet.I’m aware I can be extra when it comes to my appreciation for good customer service and genuinely kind, helpful people.
