Good fish sandwiches. Fries are good, a little too much seasoning. They don't ask you what kind of drink you want with a combo.
I had never eaten from the "Shark's at this location. The Perch Dinner was absolutely the best ever!. Cooked light and golden ? Just the way I asked (Not hard!) Practically melted in my mouth ❤️ Will be back again soon! ?
I just left this sharks, I said no lemon pepper when I placed my order. As the young lady was giving me my order I said no lemon pepper right, she looked me in my eyes and said no. I got home and it was so much lemon pepper on my fries and chicken. I went back and confronted the young lady and she still said there was no lemon pepper. She handed my chicken to the cook and it seem like he just took the same chicken and threw it back in the grease because it was hard and it took a couple of minutes, when it took 30 to 45 minutes the first time. I will not be back. I can’t eat lemon pepper, and my health is more important than someone looking me directly in my face lying!
I ordered a large perch dinner. $16.05. The fish was very hard around the edges. Very greasy. No tartar sauce. Just ketchup. The fries were ok. So was the cole slaw. The slices of bread could have come from anyone's kitchen. Not a napkin in the bag. First time at this place. I will not be back.
I would have given 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. Me and my wife ordered 2 catfish dinners. Very disappointing, the fish was old, dried out, and bland. We couldn't even eat a whole piece. We had to throw it away, $32 wasted down the drain. Heed my warning don't go here.
I got the boneless honey BBQ wing dinner . The chicken is kinda dry and the fries are over cooked to the point they crunch like chips. I only gave 2 stars because the the taste is still pretty good .
Please STOP selling this SWAI fish,,, fake catfish(tails) and trying to pass it off as farm raised catfish!!! It doesn't look, smell, OR taste anything like catfish!!! I will be calling tomorrow to talk the manager on duty about this terrible experience I received tonight
Food is always fresh and on point! Love this location because it's close to my house. Can be pricey but it's worth it for great chicken, wings, and fried fish/shrimp.
There's not a positive thing about this place, I'm done wasting my money on this POS. The last six times I've gotten lemon pepper when I never asked for it. YOUR SERVICE IS TRASH ?
The food is really good but unfortunately one of the workers were extremely rude and have a nasty attitude. I was ordering my food and she told me “25 minutes” and I waited 30. I arrived to pick up my order and had to wait another 20 minutes because they either FORGOT or they IGNORED my order. She was then screaming at me after I asked why my food wasn’t ready. Like I said before the food is pretty good but when I’m ordering I don’t think that kind of attitude is what I want to hear when I try and order. Another time this attitude popped up when I was ordering is when I was asking a simple question and she sounded annoyed, I had to keep asking because she was not paying attention. She then got frustrated with me and started being extremely rude and giving me so much attitude.
