This McDonald’s will mess up your order 9 times out of 10. Order a quarter pounder with cheese, get it without the cheese. Order a 10 piece chicken nugget, get 7 or 8 nuggets — quite tired of being shorted at this stop. The employees change a lot but they have a knack for hiring no customer service skills whatsoever. They DO NOT close at 3 AM, they start turning customers away as early as midnight. It used to be a 24 hour drive through but they just got lazy - claiming Covid did the damage to them but really they did it to themselves. They are the last place in the area that will open their doors after so many other restaurants have because their facilities are really unkept (a leading cause to why their ice cream machines are always down and they close early). It’s a shame this establishment has lost it’s values. I recommend the McDonald’s on Kennedy over this one 9000%

Nobody know how to use the druve thru lane. Took 30 mins to get up to order. Then got fries that where not cooked all the way, got a unsweetened tea when I ordered a sweet tea. Everything else tasted as if it was old. Never going to this location again.

Was by FAR, the freshest food I've had from McDonald's! Fries cooked crispy and to perfection and chicken sandwiches were unbelievably fresh and crispy with warm soft bread! Only downside, cashiers and managers need to show interest in customer, instead of just standing there talking while the line builds up.

They constantly forget to give me sauce and have given me other peoples stuff before. Horrible service as well. I have never typed a review but this place is so awful I just had to. Go to the one on Calumet near the Walgreens and Aldi…. Much better there

Food was fresh but the online order pickup sucked. I had to cancel my order than reorder inside ans the bill was $3More than the online specials. Manager did not adjust the price.

They. Take. 40 mins for my ored and. They. Still wan me. To putting at the side for getting my food next time in just. Go to areal. Restaurant fast food is not fats any more

In the post covid revelation you're going to have to realize that service is the key. And I'm going to tell you now service is not please pull forward. Service is your food ready hot fast and friendly. Especially if you doubt yourself to be the world's Premier drive-through fast-food restaurant. Be that be good food, and be fast. There is nothing more frustrating than to be pulled forward for a simple order that is on special. And if they're pulling you forward all they're trying to do is make their times look good to their managers so it looks like they're getting the job done quickly when in all reality they should put the timers on the pull forward slots that would probably change a lot of bonus structure at the McDonald's corporation. Which by the way is too big so that's why their prices are so high. But I'm a Believer. Go arches LOL

I was the only person in line but yet went unoticed for a couple of minutes. Then a guy from the back noticed me and took my order. Before I paid a lady took over my order. Didn't greet me or say a word. Just took my money, gave change & walked away. She kinda tossed my order bag on the counter & again, not a word...just walked away. I found it strange.

Well oganized business. Despite the Lobby was closed they open the door cause I can not go tru the way outside with the 18 wheeler. In the Morning they was very bussy but they made everything possible to satisfy my urge for food. I observed the Manager, how fast he handle the orders, supervising the entyre process, accepting phone orders. As I got my food I told him that is very stresfull work , I will be not able to perform like that. Thank you Guys.

Fries were not cooked all the way and cold. Literally felt like eating raw potato.Very unprofessional, which for the teens, okay, but your 30 year old manager should throw a temper tantrum because their employees mess up. As a manager, you're literally there to teach and lead these people, but all you're doing is leading them to headaches and a bad work environment. Not to mention, your store made the mistake, take some accountability for crying out loud. I hate complaining, but money is tight. At this point I'm more upset the it was ME who decided to go to McDonald's. Worst one I've been to
