The worst little ceasers I’ve ever been too . I order online every time I order. When I go to pick it up I end up having to wait over 30 minutes for 1 pizza & 1 breadstick!!! It’s ridiculous!!! I stood inside for 30 minutes until I got my pizza and watched the cashier grab breadsticks that have been sitting for 30 minutes & I get home to eat my pizza (I live 3 minutes away?) and my pizza is cold???? I don’t get it. This store is a waste of money. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Worst service.
Great food friendly employees very fast and accurate in a great location in hammond Indiana you can call in before hand as well by the way very clean store
Little Caesar’s is know for being hot and ready. It’s in their slogan. They did not deliver in their “hot n ready” promise! Only think available was ONLY 1 cheese PIZZA. Been the same tail for months. I gave up today.
Ordered a cheese pizza online. Went to pickup I should of checked before leaving store but I was in a hurry and was like it's just a cheese pizza. Got ready to feed my kids and pizza was burnt.
It seems ever since the pandemic, the quality of so many restaurants has diminished. However, for the first time in a longgggg time, My Little Cesar’s pizza from this location was awesome and made perfect. I tried to get the names of the preparers so I can make sure to order when they are working but wasn’t successful. ? I was only told they work on Monday evenings so if you want it made right, order from this location on Monday night.
Only get this pizza every now and then, especially if it's a deal from TMobile, or i don't want to spend an arm and a leg on pizza, because pizza is serious in Chicagoland and can get expensive.It's a inexpensive quick bite type of meal
store manager made a snide comment about making sure other emoyees charge me for 1 single shake of seasoning that 7 other locations have never charged me for. well you should notify corporate too and really say screw me. hope that was fun. you made me very sad as a regular. not that you cared.
Tried to call the store to place an order 3 times and no one answered the phone. When my father went to the store to get pizza, he asked why no one answered the phone and Heather replied “it’s off the hook you can place an order online” he said I rather not have my card on the app I would’ve liked to place an order via telephone and she was very rude and said you should’ve placed the order online. It’s very rude to try to push ordering online on people what happens if they don’t have a bank card? I would put zero stars if I could. Do better people. Customer service is a part of your job and you should watch your smart remarks especially when it’s a paying customer. If I were my father I would not have even placed the order.

If zero stars were an option, I would definitely choose it. I ordered a cheese pizza....25 minute wait....no problem. I arrived in 27 minutes. My pizza was on the counter (not in the warmer which was empty) and was handed to me and was not even warm. Got home and opened the box to find a burnt, cold pizza. The pizza had a bitter aftertaste and was disgusting. I will NEVER AGAIN patronize this place. I understand that they are understaffed, but that should not be an excuse for selling subpar food. Shame on you Little Ceasers Hammond.
