The employees move in slow motion. Pay your employees more than minimum wage and maybe they’ll move faster lol
U have been warned..slow...made order reached payment/pickup window workers not in agreement with each had to reorder at pickup window. Get order it wasn't right. Ask for white meat got a breast and 2 thighs ?Get home to eat and found a diamond nail gem in my food. Yes!!** Warning if you see workers with long design nails ?keep going!!!**Management should inspect workers!! ?
It is 11:30am. I went threw the drive thru. The male on the other end said "30 minutes" I said 30 minutes? Then he told me to go to Popeyes. So the male who works the morning shift on Wednesday May 25th 2022 needs to be retrained.
This place is horrible had the nerve to tell my daughter how much she gets paid, as if that’s supposed to compensate the fact that they would not help my daughter who was picking up for DoorDash. Only wanted to help the guys that came in, then used the excuse of her pay. If you can’t do your job then they are over paying you for nothing but bad service which is not good for the company. All the workers I have dealt with there are rude and ignorant. I even had one get all rude trying to fight me, because she she never talked to me and I told her I needed something, saying I should have told her at the window. That’s fine if was a personal order for myself but if you are picking up for DoorDash and one comes through while you are in line and passed the intercom then what are you supposed to do! Horrible place, horrible service!!!
This is supposed to be a 5 piece tender combo with Buffalo sauce. But you only gave me 4 tenders, no sauce, and no biscuit.
Eh! Could have been better chicken breast had tasted like it was refried and left out for a while. Was not happy with mash either tasted watery. Very disappointed ☹️
The last two times I have been here, the food was on point and the lobby was clean. This is one of the few Hammond eateries I will go to. I'm glad it's not drive thru only anymore.
It was below 28 degrees outside, I tried to place an order inside. The staff asked me to talk to the manager to place the order. The manager was very rude and told me that if I wanted to place the order I would have to go and stand in the drive though even if I did not have a car. He told me to stand outside and order if I wanted food (which is dangerous) or else to go to Burger King which was across the intersection. I love KFC but this branch was juicy horrible. I would rather take a cab and go to another branch than get food from here again.
Do not waste your time here. Ordered two sandwiches, one with pickles and one without. I get home and both sandwiches don’t have pickles. Something so simple but something so easy. Service was trash as well.
Never again will me and my family order from here again they couldn’t get our order correct the food was not cooked thoroughly an they had us waiting in the drive thru for a good 10 15 minutes not to mention didn’t receive everything we order so money down the drain they told us to come back but I was over it after getting home which is a 20 minute ride from the location would give no stars if possible
