Where to begin? Well, this place is ran by kids. When I went they only had 2 servers for the entire restaurant? There was food all over the tables, chairs and floor. I asked the person that seated us if they could sweep and wipe down our table. I got nothing going but attitude and a delay on the sweeping and she just swept it next to the other table. The only reason I gave this a 1 is because I decided to stay and the young server was nice. But the food was ok and oh get this...I found several game charges on my card and they were the only folks that had access to my card. So I had to change my card and I don't trust that place at all.
Service was horrible got seated and had to wait 20 minutes for our drinknorder to be taken then had to wait over an hour for our food that was delivered to us ice cold. Over 90 minutes just to get our food just for it to be cold. Waitress never checked up on us to make sure everything was OK. Then talked to the manager just for her to say that there was nothing that they could do about the situation.
Very disappointed!!! In an almost empty establishment, we waited more then 30 min to be seated. The waitress at the front did not have a pen to write the name on and with few waitresses moving around like the will fall asleep its no wonder the business is discouraging. We left without being served. Will never go there again, first IHope that you may not get served in a timely manner. This place is a big misunderstanding , and IHope big Joke ,,,, never again,,,,
Experience was not like most breakfast diners. Omelets were not very big (2 to 3 eggs maybe) but the pancakes were what filled me up. I did have an eggshell in my first order, another was brought out to me. I couldn't get green peppers only because they're premixed with onions.The beverage was good.
Only issue I believe is that if they will only hire more people you wouldn't have to wait to be seated in an otherwise empty place...because I believe she doubled as a waitress it took longer, and their system on who gets what customer is broken. Please do as Starbucks does and split the tips that way it doesn't matter who gets whom. Also if I come to a place where I can't get the food how I like it I'm not coming back.
When you walk in it smells awful. Always has. Service is bare minimum and I was served raw chicken and got super sick. The manager was young and inexperienced and didn't want to refund me on my meal. So I got a credit but didn't want to give them my business any more. This was strike 3.
I’ve been to several locations and this is the best great customer service and the food is good all the time and you get the real experience of that ihop flavor from the Pancake I also enjoy the fresh egg white with my lemon water ?????
This location was pretty decent! Also there's a 30% discount for First Responders!!!
The table was dirty asl the waiting for food takes forever the waiters is very forgetful the lemonade taste like water lol was arguing in here loud asl a burning smell in here just horrible
Great food and service by waitress, only problem was the wait for the food. The place was not full nor were there any large groups present. Even the wait for the second stack of pancakes was long. I tipped because the server we had was very courteous and nice.
