Food was nasty had to wait a long time for it and they have no prices for there food and I was only one lady work by her self at night and the place smelled really bad in the lobby it just looks very unprofessional in there
This place certainly has the original taste! The only shows the most proper and unique way of presenting her restaurant!
This has got to be the dirtiest place I've ever been to . Roaches and rats the cook looked dirty.. the health department should shut this place down. I recommend going ANY WHERE ELSE!

Bad business ordered on door dash at 8pm and they close at 10pm but never decided to make the order then at 9:44pm canceled the order and no one answers the phone there. Not good business Harold's in Chicago is better.
DIRTY FACILITIESTHE COOKING OIL WAS VERY OLD THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE UNDER COOKED AND NASTY WHICH PROBABLY CAME FROM THEM NOT NOT USING FRESH COOKING OILVERY DISAPPOINTED. I GIVE IT ??????????DOWN..? SPENT 8$ FOR 4 WINGS DIDN'T KNOW THE PRICE OF THE CHICKEN BECAUSE THEY HAD THE PRICES COVERED ON THE MENU.
This was my first time at Harolds today. It was a bit dirty, a bit old, the menu prices ever covered up with tape...the hours of operation seem to be a bit shotty. That being said it very much felt like a ma and pop shop. The food was the best chicken I have ever had in my life. It was about 3pm and just a few people were there so no big rush. The what I took for the daughter running the register seemed a bit stress like all food workers have been in the 2020-2021 years. I was as polite as possible, asked how they were doing and dropped a few bucks in the tip jar. Everything started to relax. I just got some wings and they came with waffle fries and a slice of bread. As I walked out to my car the cook came out (what I took as maybe the mother) and gave me a few extra sauces to try...very courteous and polite.I see a lot of people being mad about this or that...but I am telling you, you are missing the point...the food is amazing and at a great price. At the end of the day that's all that matters.
My food was cooked in old greese. The chicken was not golden brown the chicken was burnt brown. My chicken nuggets were rubbery it was just not good at all I do not recommend this place at all. I ate here on 10-4-21 0⭐
Very long wait, but they do cook the food fresh to order.
The floor was sticky, there were bugs everywhere, it took an hour and a half to get our food, and the food was bad.
