we spent nearly $60 here for just three people. we asked for grilled onions with our gyro plate and with it already being $15 for the gyro plate you think they wouldn’t charge an extra $2 for them but they did, so we had her take it off at the window since she didn’t tell us when we were ordering and she had an AWFUL attitude after we told her grilled onions isn’t worth a $17 gyro. go figure. then we had gotten 2 hotdogs for 9$ and when I tell you I took my first bite out of them it was absolutely TERRIBLE. I mean this is rotten and spoiled and disgusting. It was so bad I had to throw both of them out because they have such unpleasant employees we weren’t going to go back. we will defintely be going to any other place from now on. mcdonald’s would be better than this.
I didn't eat but my family did. They said food was good but as for me the service was terrible. No smile at the drive thru. She looked overworked and irritable. I hate bad service. If you're mad don't take it out on customers.
I really never had a problem with their food at all, every single time I come here the food always tastes fresh, the hangover burger is amazing, bursting with flavor with every bite! The wings are always cooked the right way, never burnt or over sauced. Chicago style hotdogs are always made right here!!! I live this place!very friendly staff also!
Never ordered food and had to throw it away the Philly steak was terrible and didn’t receive cheese fries but got charged for it
Everything is always good. I gave 4 stars because they are always forgetting something on my order. How do you make a gyro and forget the sauce? How do you get cheese fries with no cheese? Double check your order.
I've tried a lot of Philly steak places and Fat Sam's left me wanting more sadly. Not bad for a quick bite to eat. Staff was very friendly. I myself just found the food to be lacking in flavor and amount for the price of the food.
This restaurant will not give you a correct order. When you bring the food back because the order is wrong they tell you they didn't have what you ordered so they give you something like what you ordered. DON'T EAT HERE!!!!
Only our second time coming here and it's great food! The seasoning on the fries are good, and the Philly's are a hit!!
Fat Sam's was the bomb 2 years ago. Went there a year ago to get 12 boneless wings for 9.99. Amazing the wings were literally cut breast meat in big chunks. Fast forward to today same order 16.04 1/2 the size pieces. never gonna happen again. Just put out a no-go alert on rumble. Don't do it people. Take your Rodeo elsewhere. Always used to go here when circuit took us to Chicago. Value for meal Zero! Next year we go north! This place seems to think we're in downtown Chicago with these ridiculous prices, the food is not bad but for those prices I'll be going elsewhere. I know places that have better food for half the cost.
