Ordered a pizza in store I usually order online but was already near by. Medium pizza 12.83 I usually pay that amount for a medium pizza and pasta but just accepted it. Paid and asked for a receipt and was told I'll have to wait for my pizza to receive a receipt. That makes zero sense I paid which means a receipt should be automatically handed to me. I will not be back for a while because in addition to this I attempted to order delivery last week and my order was canceled because no delivery driver. I understand but why cancel before asking what I wanted to do had to wait a whole 24 hours to receive my money back.
My pizza was cold and didn't have extra cheese as ordered it. Whereas my cheese bread was piping hot and delicious. The kid at the front counter acted like he didn't even want to be there and didn't want me there either.
Ordered a sausage bacon green pepper pizza for pick up, got home and it was a plain cold pepperoni. Had to drive back with the pizza, not only did they take back the pizza they were rude like if it was my fault ?♂️
Always order from here late at night and usually pick up. Great Staff, always friendly and pizza is always delicious! That’s why I keep coming back.
I called this location and a young lady took my order, took my payment info only to receive a text that my order had been canceled. Then, upon calling; no one answered the phone. I would've rather get inform me that they were closing and nor poor me through the pains of ordering and canceling my order. Having been a domino's customer for a few decades, I have never been this disappointed .

I sat in my car because my order wasn’t ready. As I’m sitting im watching the man preparing the pizzas. He then goes to take care of the customer at the register, proceeds to handle the cash and touch all on the register and then he goes back to putting a pizza in the over bare hands no gloves no washed hands. Digs all in the cheese and condiments, NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS. I told I gues the manager who had on a grey shirt. She so focused on what SHE didn’t do. I had to keep reminding her that I sat in the car for 15 minutes and watched the whole thing and I could tell you exactly what y’all did and so I did. Long story short, DONT EAT HERE. They don’t take health and cleanliness seriously.
Really bad experiance from this place, the guy who was getting my order ready did so without gloves and was touching all kinds of toppings and pork and when he was finalizing my payment he went to the bathroom and still had greasy fingers when he came back, not to mention he didnt have change for a 20, i wound up canceling my order and left the store angry and sick to my stomach.
This location is horrible I’ve been waiting on pizza for 3 hours now and waited on the phone for 40 mins to get hung up on. Your guys need to do better!
Ordered a sandwich, salad and coke from them. About an hour later no update on tracker and no food delivered. They finally call to advise they can’t deliver. I get it everywhere is short staffed but come on an hour with no update? Surely knew sooner that my order could not be fulfilled.
