I love Dairy Bell’s offerings and supporting local business but I hate their customer service at this location! The cashier who just handled my cash, made my baby’s ice cream and was placing the items on there with his bare hands. When I asked them about it, he played stupid, the manager caught an attitude, lied in my face about him only touching the cup, and said she’ll just have someone else remake it. Never again Dairy Belle. Smh

The ice cream is good taste good but is melt little fast n also be careful when you eaten cause I found some rubber thing . I take picture
Their ice cream is delicious. It doesn't melt fast and turn soupy like DQ. You get your money's worth here.
Never had an issue here til today dont come here when the Latin girl at the window is rude and her assistant. I order a strawberry cheesecake with extra cheesecake bites.(which I paid extra for) Barely put any. I go back to let her know and refused HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
Shame on you NEVER EVER AGAIN Was a loyal customer for over 30 years but never again sat in line for over a half hour with multiple other cars just to be told they are closed and wouldn't serve us they NEVER did that before they always took care of every car in line until they were all done no matter how long the line was but now they dont care at all so ill tell everyone i know that their service is trash now and I will never go back had the car full of kids crying to and their ice cream is super expensive now too I was all for supporting local business but not to be treated like that
I'm 52 years old and Dairy Belle has been a part of Hammond for longer than that. No one has better soft serve ice cream. NO ONE.Thank you Dairy Belle!

Amazing local ice cream shop in the region. They have amazing soft serve ice cream. Different flavors. Sundays. Shakes. You name it. They are only open seasonal which sucks, but you can just tell the ice cream shop is popular with the amount of customers they have waiting outside on a hot summer day. I believe they open from April to September.Definitely stop by on a hot summer day. You will not regret it.
