we had to wait about 45 minutes after we sat down to get our drinks. another 45 to get our drinks and food AFTER we had to go up to the door to ask where our food was. poor service. and the broccoli that we ordered was given to us IN A BAG. never returning here again
Wow. I'm usually the last to complain, so let me start with the goodGood :Food 3/5That's it. The service was awful.We waited nearly 7-8 minutes to order our drinks and food. Didn't get the drinks till 15 minutes into being sat down.We ordered our food at the same time and didn't get it until about an hour later after we grabbed the manager. Who said "sorry, our kitchen staff is trying their best"Which, I can get. Although the other tables around us got their food before us, AFTER BEING SAT AFTER US.My grandma got her Salad about 30 minutes before our food. Which an hour passed before we saw any food.Beverage was refilled 15 minutes after it was empty, and I had to once again call over someone to help.Overall, very poor experience. Their staff is constantly being over turned and poorly paid. Don't recommend not only because of poor service, but bad business practices in the way they pay their employees.
Usually love this place but I made a to go order for the first time and they didn't put any gravy on my orok chops or mashed :( kinda ruins the whole meal
We were traveling and ordered ahead on the app. After arriving a little early we had to wait 30 min. Past the stated time it would be ready. The staff was very nice and kept checking on the order. Then when we received the order it was missing silverware and biscuits. The food was good and was warm. But I would allow extra time for your meal to be complete. They were very busy.
Dirty silverware, food presentation was awful (food spilled over, making plate sticky on edges), food was cold, wrong food brought out, waitress kept coming back way too much to keep talking to us and staying a prolonged time, making it awkwardly uncomfortable for us and did not allow us to enjoy our meal as a family.
When to eat here today! Our server, Stacy, was THE BEST! Honestly, the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel! If you stop there ask for Stacy! ??
No wait, which was nice. Food is decent. I had the burger. I wish the patty was thicker though. My wife had the fish. The portion size of the fish was good.You can pay your bill via a QR code on your check. It was easy to do, but I would appreciate if the app provided a more defined confirmation of payment. Since I was unsure the payment went through, I still went to the front counter to verify.
It was crowded but we was seated within the 30min wait that we where told. Our waitress was excellent she got us drinks and informed us that the kitchen was a bit behind so food will take a little time. I did not care for the breakfast but love their dinner. My husband is a big eater and he loves the food just wish portions was bigger. We will definitely be visiting again.
RUN NOT WALK AWAY FROM HERE!!!! Absolutely the worst Cracker Barrel we have ever been to. From the rude host, the non existent server, to the managers to the food (the list of specific things is way to long for here). The ONLY good thing about our experience was the sweet lady at the check out area. Other than that this location is not worth your time! I have also tried to reach out to Cracker Barrel Corporate and nothing. This used to be one of my favorite restaurant chains! Get it together!!!
If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the single worst restaurant experience I've had in my life. I'm a chef and have worked in restaurants since I was 16. I tend to be extremely understanding when it comes the service industry. Ashley S. "Ash" was the worst server I've ever had. She started off introductions with complaining about how she's been at work since 9 am and was "over it". I took a sip out of my water because I don't care to use straws and she yelled at me for being dirty and I had no idea where that glass had been. She didn't get a single thing in one of our orders correct, kept bringing incorrect drinks, brought things we didn't order, took our order to the table be hind us handed it all out and then recollected it after it was touched and then brought it to us, waited until we had been waiting for our food for 45 minutes to tell us that one of the items was 86'ed until they could make it. We asked for the Mac n cheese to be removed and were told that wasn't possible. I asked if she had a manager who could do it. We asked for a box like 3 times and never got one. Rosemary who checked us out was wonderful and kind. I could tell she felt bad when we mentioned the service, though it was not her fault.
