Staff are very helpful and friendly my first time eating here and im definitely coming back it was delicious this might just be my new favorite sub shop
First time going here, pretty tasty sandwich. I had the wagyu roast beef sandwich. Can't wait to try the different sandwiches. Uh oh Jimmy John's you might have some competition
Love their sandwiches. Nice amount of meat not to much bread and it tastes great. Usually fast service unless the have catering orders the day you visit lol
Second time they give me my food extra sloppy looking. And who ever is wrapping the sandwiches needs to relax their grip, why do they need crush my food. ?
Unbelievable Authentic Italian deli. My salad was huge and delicious. I ordered a sandwich and had to eat it the next day, and it was still amazing. Very friendly staff & they take their time with your order (which is a compliment to the quality of each order that goes out) No short cuts, quality cuisine. Why go to mcd or some other fast food garbage and spend 10 or 15 when you can have this wonderful gem. Great job Capriotti's A+++
Eaten here twice, highly disappointed twice. The chicken chipotle crunch didn't even have the top piece of bread. Another sandwich had none of the toppings.The last time we also had issues with our order and I called and spoke to someone who identified themselves as the manager. They offered to take down my name and I can get the mission items with my next order. So buy more food to get the food I didn't get the last time? I requested a refund for the missing items and was told they would do that. Well, I didn't get the refund either.
So the past two times I've gotten a sandwich from here it's just a mess. Not looking for picture perfect quality but I don't expect it to be a huge slip either. I've been coming here for awhile and things are always great but just these two times it's been sort of a drag. About a week or two ago I can there and the server had an attitude hanging me my order like I was an inconvenience and all the tuna she put in the sandwich was hanging out of the bread falling out everywhere. This time I go yesterday and they just have all the toppings sitting on top of the sandwich instead of being in the sandwich. I don't know if the staff doesn't care anymore or is trying to rush but honestly it's a bummer when you go to a place you love twice and get poor service and bad quality.
The best sandwiches!! I get the chicken Chipotle crunch, because one of the employees recommended it to me, and it's become my new favorite sandwich. The staff is so friendly & you will NOT be hungry when you're done! If you've never been, I highly recommend you stop in.
I love sandwiches but this place is just ok. I definitely don’t like the way the bread, the sandwich gets messy quickly. I do like the wagyu beef, it’s flavorful and tender, but it’s not exactly enough to save a woeful sandwich. Try Penn Station it’s better in my opinion
Good sandwiches. I love The Bobbie and that Capastrami sandwich. Haven't had a chance to try that vegan sandwich because people love it and it sells out. Good sign ?
