We will definitely be eating here again when returning back to Indianapolis. Food was ??? even my coworker gave it 5 stars after him being disappointed by the restaurants he tried while there!
I had the boneless buffalo wings from here and they were good, but 12 hours later I have been on the toilet for an hour and I'm starting to feel ill. I don't think I can handle the wings!Btw, I had the fried pickles and they were delicious. I don't know if I'll be able to choose between them and the mushrooms.

Horrible experience after years of decent food. Our latest experience was flat-out unacceptable. We were the only ones in line, and it took 20 minutes to get our order. When we finally did, we were running late and didn't have time to check it...Well, I guess we should have! All of the food was cold, and 2/3 items were completely wrong, including the kids meal. And the extra sauces (which you are charged for) were nowhere to be found.I've had several good experiences at this Zaxby's, and I am a big fan of their food - but I won't be back to this location after this.
Very clean restaurant and fast service, even on a weekend day. Beat the crazy drive thru line at Chick-fil-A and go here instead!
This was good chicken, I think I have been here before, but this time was good. If I had been here it had been at least 10 years.
The worst Zaxby's I have every been to. Chicken fingers were hard. Slaw was dry, bread was cold and hard. Fries were to salty to eat. For God's sake fix your soda fountain. Coke didn't taste like any soda i' ve had before. Gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly. I love Zaxby's but this one is a hard no go.
First time going and it wasn't all that bad. Strips were juicy and fries were crisp. Wish the fries had just a little bit more seasoning. They young lady and young man at the window had great customer service. My husband loved the fried mushrooms!
Very disappointing experience here. Ordered the popcorn chicken, expecting at least some meat, only to be met with tiny greasy pieces of pure breading. No chicken to be found here! When I asked for a replacement, the manager rudely told me that she "looked at the chicken before I received it and it looked perfectly fine to her, so I wouldn't be getting a replacement or refund." To add insult to injury, said manager then proceeded to charge me twice, once with cash and another time with my card information from the app. Needless to say I won't be heading baxby to Zaxby's.
The Bleu cheese garden salad was delicious and my husband enjoyed the cobb salad. Customer service was great!
