Every once in a couple years I will eat at White Castle. Cheeseburger and crinkle fries were delicious after going downtown to see July 4th fireworks
I ordered online, went to drive thru said I have a pick up order, they said they had none. They were outside smoking not even a foot from the door. Then said they have no door dash. I'm like I'm not door dash. I'm picking up an order. Said they had none even when I showed them my phone and receipt.
Stopped in to try the breakfast on a Sunday morning. Place was empty, except for one car in the drive thru, yet it still took several minutes of standing at the counter before anyone acknowledged my existence. Ordered some bacon breakfast sliders and hash brown nibblers. Apparently, the toaster was broken, so no waffle sliders. The sandwiches were pretty good, and I was surprised by how good the hash browns were. The place could have used a good cleaning. The trash receptacles were filthy and covered in some kind of sludge. Be careful not to touch it any more than necessary. Definitely not up to the cleanliness standards that White Castle prides itself on Overall, the food was good, but the dining experience was not up to snuff.
Terrible experience! Asked for bacon cheese slider which is on the menu as bacon, cheese and the burger. Well got home and they forgot the burger. Waited forever in line and employee thought I was asking for the breakfast sandwich. Learn the menu or some common sense.
I like this store. Always polite service. And if you haven’t tried a White Castle chocolate shake, you should! Forget about using a straw , it’s so thick you need a spoon! The real deal

Fresh DBL sliders and chicken rings & a lrg diet coke light ice! Drive thru service was awful!
I clearly mentioned in instructions for pickles and onions. But i think someone with weak eye sight works here who cannot read order details. Also took 15 minutes extra for preparation. Whoever prepared my order was blind and irresponsible.
On national grilled cheese day I didn't get my bread on my breakfast sandwich because they sold out bread on this day sincerely pickie eater.
