Picked up a cheecake to take home to the family!It was excellent as always and many to choose from.Prices of the cheesecake( 58.95 whole rasberry)has risen since January.But still worth every cent!
First time visit at this location. Tanya's and Lisa were so helpful. Arrived during shift change there was not a difference in service. Lisa picked up where Tanya left off. Food was delicious, clean, and not noisy like other locations. Lisa's hospitality, smile, and eagerness to check on our table shows she enjoys what she does. Hostess was nice, seated us upon checking in.
The black pepper chicken and shrimp was outstanding!!But the Key Lime pie ... I couldn't get through it. So great but no more space in my stomach. Great big portion size very tasty food. Love it.Ashly, our waitress was great and answered all questions and made suggestions.
On Oct 31 2021. I had my sons 4th bday party/lunch here. And we had a great time. Everyone was helpful and nice. We had about 15-18 people in our party and the staff here made us all feel so welcomed. The food was awesome ? Thanks everyone for helping me make my son's 4th bday one of the best.
I’ve been to many Cheesecake Factory locations and this one is always so disappointing when it comes to the portions of their additional sides (not the ones that come with the meal, but the ones I pay extra money for). I was so disappointed today that I HAD to write a review. My fiancé and I ordered additional sides of spinach with our entrees and the amount we received was a joke. My mouth was agape when I opened my container! For $6 each, this is simply ridiculous! Every other location seems to give you your money’s worth, but sadly, not here.
My birthday dinner & excited to go. Wait was over an hour, waited quite a while for waitress. When she came to the table, she pulled out a"receipt-type" print out of everything they DIDN'T have available. No salads at all (he was sent to the dishwasher station) no shrimp dishes. No sliders, any combo meal with steak, several appetizers missing ...heck, I can't remember everything. It was ridiculous! After almost an hour and half to get a waitress at the table, THEN to be told we had to find something else. We did, then get our food and parts were cold from sitting on plate forever. Only one refill in the hour and half we were actually at the table. We were there over 3 hours! Not blaming waitress, she tried and was over worked. But it will be a LONG time before I return for an over $70 bill.
Bottom line up front: Friendly and helpful staff, low quality food, very long wait (once seated) in a semi clean environment.They were understaffed and busy so no complaints about wait times or prompt service as that is all very understandable. Hostess and waitress were very friendly and helpful. The food was just not good.Ordered fish and chips and 2 out of the 4 fish were just fried breading, no fish. Management apologized, took the meal back, and didn't charge us for it. Asked for a regular cheeseburger as a replacement. It was overcooked, the bun was rock hard, and it came with raw cabbage instead of lettuce.My partners meal was the cajun chicken tenders and fries. It was very stringy, dry, with no flavor and had the wrong sauce. Fries were both cold and soggy like an elementary school cafeteria.Wanted to get cheesecake (the whole reason we came) but we had already spent more than 2 hours there waiting and had other things to do.The general dining area seemed reasonably clean but our table was not. The surfaces were sticky, the salt and pepper shakers were visibly dirty and were somewhat stuck to the table when we moved them. We adjusted the table slightly when we sat down and upon exposing the surface where the table meets the wall, noticed old bits of food and general grime.I would not return, and will not be recommending this place to others.
Everything was excellent.Fried Mac & Cheese Balls were incredible. Fast and friendly service.
I have never had such an unpleasant waitress in my life! Jenni was short and snippy the entire experience. She was in attentive and slow. We came to celebrate my 20th birthday and left early due to the unappetizing food and hostile environment.
First off we were told it was a 55 minute wait- make that more like 2 hours and 10 minutes! When we’re finally seated our server was abrupt and rude. He kept asking a question I.e. what would we like to drink? And then said he would be back in a minute to see what we wanted! He did this constantly! It took another 2 hours and 15 minutes to order, eat , and pay our bill! My aunt and uncle from Alabama were in for my Mom’s 80th birthday and this was their first time visiting a CF. My aunt was so excited and then had a terrible experience!
