Won't be coming back, after my boyfriend and I ate there we both have had diarrhea and stomach pain after he got home he got sick. He had boneless wings and I had chicken strips. Had a bad feeling when we walked in but didn't say anything. The seats of the booth were sticky and food wasn't warm enough. Some His children was hard you couldn't eat. The strawberry passion tea tasted bad his Dr pepper was awful. Should have walked out.He ended up at the hospital for food poisoning.
If I could rate a zero I would. Food was barely edible, they have taken so many items off of their Menu including best seller French Onion Soup. Pricey too for such small portions. The worst part of the visit was the Waitress, heavier set young Blonde Girl. I asked to switch out French Fries for mashed potatoes and should have still gotten one more side - Cole Slaw, when I asked for it I was told I got the mashed potatoes, and she started arguing with me.Never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything. When I asked for our bill she got an attitude acted like it was a big bother!! I am normally a VERY GENEROUS TIPPER, However left Zero in this instance as the service was awful. Will NOT BE BACK THERE!!

Meet a co-worker, definitely did not what to order. I always think whenever I go to restaurant the last thing I want to order is a burger. But this time, I thought I have not had a burger in years ? that is what I ordered. It was very good ?
Ribs and sliders were over cooked, fries weren't hot, pretzels were dry, Southwest twisted chips had queso, Pico and no southwest.. It took 40 minutes to get a drink with hardly anyone there, we all finished drinks and no refill until after food came which took forever. Manager never was seen, so they need fired!!
We ate here about two hours ago, the food was disgusting. Seemingly freezer burned and hard. It was absolutely disgusting the bar drinks were even worse. Our server was absolutely awful. She was no where to be found it took ten to fifteen minutes after being sat to get service and then another ten to fifteen minutes to get drinks once ordered. Once the appetizer came to the table I could smell the freezer burn on it and it was as hard as rocks. I sent it back immediately. I had a hungry two year old so proceeded to eat there and ordered our food it came out and was a little better but not much. I spent 70 dollars and regret every dime of it. Absolutely terrible experience through and through.
The place is nice but the food is not good. the potatoes are too hard and the boneles are very salty
To start out the restaurant was short staffed and it took quite a while to get our drinks and food. Also the air conditioning was on the place was extremely cold in the area that our group was sitting in. We ask more than once to please back the AC down. Finally it was turned down but several of our people in our group had to go out to our cars and get jackets to put on. My flat iron steak came out way over cooked and was cold and dried out. Overall our dining experience was not nearly what we have had in the past. Just to end on a positive note our waitress did the best she could under the circumstances. And yes I still Love my T.G.I. FRIDAY'S. P.S. miss not having the vanilla bean cheese cake. Hopefully things will get better soon.
Very poor service. We sat in the bar in a booth and another couple came in 20 minutes after we did and sat at the bar and they got waited on before we did. We almost left. Then after she finally got our drink it was another 15 minutes or more before we were asked what we wanted to eat. Then when we finally got our food they brought our salads and our sandwiches out at the same time. She didn't even ask us If we wanted refills. We finally had to ask twice to get a refill. Very bad experience. Probably won't be back. Worse service I have seen in a long time.
