Yeh, it's a good location. Food is ok. Nice staff.
Not sure what went wrong with this location. 7:30PM Friday evening and there are no employees in the restaurant working at all. Doors are locked and thought maybe the drive-thru is open only, but no. The restaurant is closed and lights are on inside but no one here but the line up of people in the drive thru thinking they can order. If you close, at least put up a sign stating your closed, or system problem, or short staffed.
Put two mobile orders in. Got to the window and was told to drive to the back of the line for the second order. Waited 45 minutes because they would not refund the second order. Pretty disappointing.
First time at this taco bell. They got the order correct and the food was good...for taco bell. Service was good too.
Waited over an hour for a “my cravings box” that I had ordered 15 minutes prior to arriving to tacobell. Come to find out the meal wasn’t even mine when I arrived home. Waste of money and time.
This location was well ran. My order was correct and the employees were very nice.
It’s been a minute since I’ve had Taco Bell. I’m on a limited diet and can only have soft foods, so I decided to get soft tacos. Food was hot and fresh, service was friendly. Pretty seamless experience!
This Taco Bell is really good! It’s always fresh and hot when you get it. It’s my preferred Taco Bell for sure
Wouldn't give me a refund after giving me the wrong food then claimed they couldn't verify without receipt when they wouldn't give me one in the first place. I asked if I could get my correct food and they said they needed someone "higher up" when every other Taco Bell I've ever been to the just correct your order. The people in front of me also got the wrong order and when I first pulled up again to take it back she said that will be "$82" when I was just in line saying I got the wrong food for $13 order and got less food then what I ordered. Telling me I can come back Tuesday when the manager is there, on Friday at 10pm. Not to mention this was the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. All the doors were locked, when I tried to go in to correct the order, with three teenage boys inside eating while going in and out of the restaurant harassing people in their cars.
I got rice and beans the beans looked as if they were a clump of days old beans. I couldn't even eat them and the chicken on my chilupa was cold. Bad experience!!
