Nothing like working 16.5 hours and spending 34 minutes in the drive-thru, with only 6 cars ahead of me when I got here, only to be told they have no ground beef when I reached the speaker. Hopefully I will at least be able to escape the line by the 40 minute mark. I tried to give Taco Bell another chance after almost the same thing happening last summer. I eat out 2 or 3 times a year. Not even when I'm this exhausted will I ever try to go to Taco Bell again.
Order. Get to pay window and see a sign saying they "recycle" sauce packages. Does that mean someone can return their sauce packets from last summer that they found under their seat when cleaning out their car? Do they get sterilized or added to the box to hand out to people? Uh, bad thoughts going through my head.Sorry disappointed in the food! Ordered a crunchy chicken burrito and chicken hard taco Supreme. Had a $ .95 add on for substituting the beef with chicken. That made it almost $3.00 ! Then, I open it to find a big, whopping 3 pieces of chicken (each about an inch long). WHAT!? Really!?Then, I couldn't bring myself to use the sauces I ordered. Bad, bad thoughts.My final meal at Taco Hell.
My order was missing a soft taco but they did fix that really quick. The cinnamon twists tasted old. My dad said his taco shells tasted old. Not a great visit.
Absolutely horrible! No Mexican pizza even tho it just came back out and the menu is plastered with menu options for it and same for the nacho fries! Clearly still on the menu! Then I was told they're out of MILD SAUCE!!! ? As if that weren't enough, got my food and there were 3 items missing! I tried to call the store to see if someone could run my items out to me instead of having to wait in the drive thru (around midnight and pretty busy) and kept getting hung up on by whoever was inside! So I was forced to wait in the drive thru for another 30 minutes to get the rest of my order!!!
Please go anywhere but to this location. After 44 years of being alive this is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. The staff are good while preparing other food, brought visiting family members their medicine from their own purse in the middle of preparing food, gave their family members drinks and food while paying customers all waited, not to mention ignoring people trying to place their orders. I spent 27 mins in that store to get home to find food made incorrectly, stone cold, missing, the list could go on and on. Anyone reading this will probably be led to believe I am making up this story, but for what it is worth I couldn’t make this up. In my own embarrassment, I have to admit this isn’t the first time this place has been ridiculous and I have returned. As stated in the beginning of this review, please don’t bother. I can only hope this place closes soon so another establishment can be take its place.
We waited so long in drive thru that the cars behind us were jumping the curb and driving through the grass to get out of line to leave and go somewhere else. We would've done the same if we didn't have the building and fence blocking us in and there was one car in line in front of us when we got there. We waited almost 30 min, didn't get a receipt, didn't get napkins or sauce we asked for. The food was cold and horrible. The employee was very nice though.
I'm DONE... 1 car ahead of me waited 22 minutes to order..another 7 to get the order. Drive thru service was dead, zombies have more personality. No smile no thank you, no sorry for your wait. Whatever.. no STRAW, NO RECIEPT, NO.SAUCE and Got the drink order wrong. I will drive to.any other taco bell before.ever going to this one again
I ordered a #1 which is 3 crunchy taco supremes and a pepsi. I got back to work and opened the bag and only received 2 tacos which weren't in their wrappers and dumped upside down. Whoever is responsible for this needs fired!
Aside from the wait times (which I can understand can be something beyond the employee control), i was shorted on my order. When I walked in to get it fixed, it reeked of a certain illegal substance and music was being blared. Employees were careless and rude. Definitely not gonna be getting my money anymore unfortunately. The pic posted is how i received my food
When you walk into this Taco Bell they have self-serve kiosks for customers to place their orders. They take a lot longer than it would if you placed your order with an employee. Plus you have to wait to get your order before they give you your drink cups (which you have to fill yourself). After 15 minutes we asked for the status of our order - 8 minutes later we received our order. The kid we asked the status of our order kept calling his peers Gangstas and the kid that finally gave us our order was stoned (which seems appropriate for Taco Bell).
