Total let down. Parked, got handicapped (wheelchair) daughter out of van, only to get to door to find it locked and with a sign that read "drive thru or delivery only"

Lorana is an awful manager. She did not seem to care to do any custumer service or try to resolve the issue. She had a chair on the line and was sitting the entire time I could see.I had a mobile order that I was picking up, which i do very regularly. I've had to do substitutions and to have items refunded numerous times before. Today, there was an item not available, so I asked for a refund. Lorana said that they could not do that in-store. I've had managers do in several times before. She didn't try to help explain anything besides saying to go to the app. Not helpful or respectful. She wouldn't even speak with me at the window to assist at all. Just u g h. I let them sub the protein, because it couldn't be subbed for an equivalently price (exactly) item, and they made it improperly (missing sauce and ingredients, not like the item initially ordered).

Tried the new $2 double beef and cheesy burrito. Very good. Service was great. I was pleasantly surprised.

Every time I come here it's drive thru only and I drove a big truck,I don't think the owner knows how much business they lose from not having take out

Lack of leadership. 90% of tables dirty with very light drive through and 2 people eating in dining room. My order was wrong, it happens, couldn’t get attention of staff to fix, it happens, no napkins, it happens, filthy restrooms, it happens…..

The woman that handed me my order didn’t say a word to me as she took my card and handed me the bag and drink. I said thank you and she gave me a reluctant “yep.” It made me feel as if I was a burden. A simply greeting and saying thank you might seem small but it sure makes a big difference. Hopefully this review makes a difference too.

Placed my order online as I always do, with hopes I would be enjoying tacos this evening. Only to get there and find a note on the speaker that said "we are temporarily closed... My card had already been charged and I had to go home tacoless to figure out how to get my money back. Seems to me they should reflect on their website when they are temporarily closed. Sure would have saved me alot of worry and unnecessary trouble. P.S still tacoless.

For the price it was really good. All food was hot and fresh. They messed up a little on the order, and gave us hard Instead of soft tacos, but it was at least fresh.

It's a good Taco Bell. Speed is usually good and almost never makes mistakes. Dining inside is good here too. Employees are nice.

The employees were very nice and they did a good job at getting our order correctly done!
