Had to be kid's first day on job. He put my chicken and bacon on someone else's sandwich then picked it off and put on mine. Also very light ranch doesn't mean drenched.
Unfortunately this was by far the worst sub I've had from them. I asked for a chx bacon ranch ft long yes it was hot unfortunately when they put my dressing on they toasted it as well making the bread soggy
We know you now using a smaller size scoop for the tuna. Are we charged the same price as before? Having a business is ALL ABOUT BEING HONEST. Use the same scoop as before and charge more if you need but don’t lie to us. That makes you a fraud and Subway is off our menu.
I placed an order on May 15th for three foot long sandwiches. I did a pickup / carryout order and two of the sandwiches were completely wrong and inedible. I called the store multiple times and no one answered. I then filled out the feedback survey and was told by Kenneth Weaver that my feedback would be shared and that was it. Never heard from them again. Would not suggest ordering from here.
The Sweet Onion sauce was screwed up, it usually is a clear look to it. It tasted strange, and it was light brown! OK.
Don’t use the drive thru. We just sat in the drive thru for 10 plus minutes. When we pulled up we were the 3rd car in line. As we pulled up to the window we were told that we had to order back at the sign we were just waiting at for 10 minutes with no one taking our order as we watch what appeared to be them taking the order of the car in front of us. The reasoning for not taking our order at the window is that it would mess up their rotation and what we assumed was someone ordering at the window was them just correcting an order for someone they already messed up. There was a single car behind us, so I’m not sure how hard that would be to keep track of but we weren’t going to pull back around again to wait and find out.
He really didn't know what sandwich hat i was talking about to i just put some stuff together and he nailed it. Will be going back
I spent over$30 for 3 footlong sandwiches. When I brought it to managers attention that day I was rejected and told I had to bring the sandwiches back in. I went back today to tall to another manager/ owner and was told because I did not bring the sandwiches in so HE could throw them away, HE WILL NOT COMPENSATE me in any way. RIP OFF SUBWAY at 353 S St Rd 135 in Greenwood In. RIP OFF. RIP OFF. RIP OFF.
The person at the drive thru was very rude, I won't be back.
