Food was good but they charged me more than the listed price.
I've been coming to this newly renovated Subway for months. I typically order a footlong and a friend and I split it. No biggie. I order half with the toppings they like and half with my favorites. Until today, when I met them there to split the sandwich and go our separate ways. We didn't ask for anything special, just to cut the sandwich in two--as I have always done. Yet when they rang it up, they charged us for two six inches, even though we had ordered it as a footlong? They didn't need to wrap it separate, We didn't ask for that even. So, what is the deal with that? When I asked about the price--they were like you bought two six inches. The customer behind protested as well--noting we had a footlong and I think they did the same thing them as they had two kids that didn't want their toppings touching and were splitting a footlong. Have never had this happen in all the times I have eaten at How many Subways in my lifetime.
Weird hours. Everytime I stop here it's always closed!! It either lack of proper staffing or something wrong with the equipment....
I got a cheesesteak on white bread. The bread was very tough for some reason and the steak was gritty. Could have just been one of those bad experiences.
I'd be nice if it was open.

Usually don’t like gas station connected food restaurant’s but this subway is actually very good. Very clean, friendly staff, most places in Mars hill- Decatur area have awful food because the workers just don’t care. However this subway I’m not sure they care but at the very least their boss has taught them to at least pretend and keep standards up. My sandwich was great!! And they worked with me and my weird order. I wish I knew their names so I could give them a shout out!
