The iced sweet tea tasted like water... Tea water.... Nothing else... The fries were smaller than shoestring fries... No salt.. no flavor.... Soggy....greasy... The burgers tasted ok.. the bacon seemed old and stale.. like it set out all day.... The meat was juicy... Seemed fresh and not frozen... It was alright for a steak burger... I probably wouldn't go back to this location... My stomach cramped and turned a few hours after eating this food... Was in the bathroom for hours... Usually places dont do that to my stomach but this place.. yikes... Wouldnt recommend but maybe try a different location
Every time I eat here I feel bad. I'm not sure if it is the greasy food or what causes my stomach to turn. Other fast food burgers don't make me feel sick.i think they need to cut back on saturated fats or something
While I admit it's not really friendly to the technically challenged anymore (due to kiosk only use), the food was really good. Shakes are always better when you dine in. Warning to the older folks though, my grandma told me she wouldn't have been able to do it herself. I would assume and hope that the staff would help out those who can't use the kiosk only method they have now. Honestly, given the staff used to take ages to get your food or anything you need, I prefer having the ability to do it myself now. Much quicker and more pleasant experience.
Added chilli and cheese to my fries with my meals and a medium chilli cheese fry , this is what I got a two reg size fries and a medium fry the was only half full and they give me a cup of chilli and two things of shredded cheese and one liquid cheese. Was told this was how it was made. Also I ask for a liquid cheese sauce and the guy was like well we are supposed to charge 50 cent and I replied I already paid for the for three chilli cheese fries. Should not paid extra for these items when it is supposed to come already on them.After all of that I ask for one of my sandwiches with no onions and it had onions on it they did remake it but this make me not want to go back. Would love for someone form this business to reach out to me.
Great customer service, fast service & my orders were all correct (except they gave me all cheese sauce instead of Frisco sauce & ranch lol - didn't find that out til I got home & didn't feel like returning). I've used the app to place orders and picked them up, it was easy and the orders were correct. Definitely recommend.
Ordered dinner for my husband and I, the person taking my order was talking like a child, altering their voice. Which whatever - nothing wrong with having a good time. I asked to have tomato and pickles added to my garlic single and someone in the background was extremely rude, assuming they didn’t know I could still hear them. I pull up to the window and the kid at the window confirmed my order and it was incorrect. I didn’t want frisco sauce on my burger, I wanted a side of it for my fries and I emphasized that in the drive thru while ordering. He acted as if it was on the burger and I kindly said, if it’s on the burger no worries, you guys don’t have to remake it, can I just have a side for my fries, (since that’s what I originally asked for). He asked if he had handed me my Dr Pepper yet and I said no, someone in the window that I couldn’t see said, rudely, ‘what does she want now’ … he hands me my drink, and told me to have a good day, I asked again, for a side of frisco sauce and the same girl in the background got all rude again, and said what does she need, loud enough that I could hear her… for the second time. He got my frisco sauce and as I was driving away someone yelled out of the drive thru window, ‘don’t ever come back’ …. Honestly the most terrible service I have ever had. Rude little high school kids I’m assuming that have zero respect and definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service. Not to add, my whole order was incorrect and nothing that he read back to me as he was handing me the bag.

The manager is incredibly rude.And has a bad attitude when someone needs help with the kiosk
Some items I've gotten here are microwaved. Spaghetti noodles are typically cold. Chili beef is most times soaked in oil. I don't ggo very often. The kiosks inside for ordering are terrible. They don't offer the proper choices or special instructions. I can see why these are dying.
The chili tastes like spaghetti ohsI've eaten at Steak n Shake and have never tasted the great chili that they served me tonight. Under new ownership and locally owned... where are the franchise standards.
