I stood at the counter and watched the barista play on his phone watching tictoc videos while right in front of me for more than 30 seconds. Never once did he bother to even acknowledge me. Pitiful service.
This place gets my drink right 100% of the time, I love it here and everyone is so kind!
Turn over rate is hilarious. Hire people at livable wages and stop hiring highschool kids that just flirt.
The card slider is pressed against the counter so no swipe card can be used and when I asked if the cashier could swipe it behind the counter she rudely refused I'm sure there could of been nicer about saying no, had to pay cash also did not give my hot drink lid stopper so I spilled most of it my car thanks.
On 6/2 at 5pm I went to this Starbucks and had a terrible experience. The manager on staff was rude and treated me like I was stupid for asking for my incorrect coffee to be remade. The staff wanted me to pay for it and did not even apologize.
One time I came and the had closed early that Saturday like 4 hours early. Yesterday 1/16/19 was looking for a nice Green Tea while I shopped. After I order go a way for a couple of minutes looking at produce, come back she tells me they are out of tea. Said she was sorry and she would refund it on my app. Well still no refund. No tea, no refund, no service!
