The Starbucks was very busy don’t have enough staff and they cannot handle the volume I got the wrong drink and the wrong size
Love the drive thru cashier super friendly which is far and few between now days. Can't remember the young lady's name, it started with an R very personable and professional. Will definitely stop here when I go to my doctor appointments from now on. Tried the Paradise drink, and if you love pina collada's this is a MUST TRY
Took too long. Went inside. Seemed I was last to be waited on, hopefully not because of my skin color. Will not be coming back to this one!!!
Great customer service and they add a personal feel to the experience when they ask for your name even though it is simply for easier recognition of which drinks are yours.
Every morning that I come to this Starbucks the team is incredibly friendly and I leave with a smile. Today was no different. My day was off to a rough start, but I immediately perked up at the sight of dinosaurs in the window (they’re my favorite!) My husband chatted with Katie and told her she’s my favorite and always makes me smile, and then told her how much I love dinosaurs. She proceeded to give me a dinosaur, which now lives on my desk at work, and then I got an extra surprise when we were pulling away and I saw the glittery dinosaur sticker on my cup. Thank you for making my mornings more than a coffee stop, it’s always an uplifting experience!***UPDATE: Second visit this week and the dinosaurs are still in the window, but today’s specialty was dinosaur JOKES! Absolutely made me day. Thank you Katie!!!
The drive through line was long. The dining area was closed, but the mobile ordering area was available. Others were picking up mobile orders inside. The barista told us we could do a mobile order. We sat in the parking lot and ordered. Meanwhile they locked the door. There were a ton of drinks sitting there, yet everyone had to go through the drive through line. Seriously. Worst Starbucks experience I've ever had.
The woman working the drive through window was friendly but not over friendly like some of them have been acting lately. It was nice. My coffee order was on point. Thank you!
Ali is just spot on each morning she serves this fast paced, ultra busy location (135 & Faith) cant say enough about her positive service!

The batista was really friendly and they made my dogs pup cup larger than what she's gotten before.
