Changed my rating from a five star to three because their service has declined incredibly over the last couple years. Staff are rude and unhelpful a lot of the time and items are out of stock almost every time I go there.
I got a mocha cookie crumble here. It was very good
Love the people and location. I get a customize drink for my husband and they never get it right. Other than that I love the place!
The parking lot is not designed well. I have a small car, and I had trouble leaving. If you park your car, you may not be able to leave because of the drive-thru line. Just a stressful experience. Why have parking spots if nobody can access them?My coffee also was very watered-down. It tasted like water with syrup. I don't see myself returning to this Starbucks.
The highlight of my morning. After a rough weekend I was worn out on a Sunday morning. I was tired, cranky, and ready to lose my mind on someone. I dropped by to get my morning coffee and drive 3 hrs home in a ticked off mood. Your barista had a lovely little kind voice that seemed to make it all better. At pick up our drinks were right and our muffins were warm. After a horrible hotel stay and a terrible dinner the night before. I found the happy place in Greenwood. The Starbucks. Thank you ladies for fixing my morning with your positive attitudes even when I was cranky.
The spinach wraps are always so delicious. I love the double chocolate chip frappe and the pistachio frappe.
Love this starbucks. I hit it when I head to work at 5am. Friendly people working there. Only issues from time to time is when I do my mobile orders I get there they were not open. Yesterday got there looks like workers in their cars maybe someone with key to open was not there so I missed out on my coffee. Sure if I go today and explain they will give me my coffee
They just stand there and don't ask you if you need anything or if they can help you and when you go to the end by the cash register they say "and" you know to go back down to the end it is down there if it is ready they have no name on the item so you don't know what to take for the order knowing that you have to verify it cause you are on a Uber eats delivery
I see reviews that this location always has a long line or has strange hours. As that may be, a staffing shortage isn’t their fault. Every time I visit this location I’m greeted with friendly staff and great customer service. My order is always great. Carve out extra time in your day to wait in this line, it’s worth it.
The drink I got was a venti size. Normally Starbucks has the appropriately sized straws to accommodate this. However they have stopped giving out big straws and now the straws they give are to small for drinks with a curved lid. My straw has gotten stuck under the lid and it is uncomfortable to try and fish it out with my fingers. I don't know what has happened but it completely knocked down the expirence I previously loved.
