Food was cold! Didn't bring straws for the drinks. Had cherry syrup all over the outside of the cup and didn't bring napkins to even clean it up. This is to be my favorite fast food place! Not anymore!
I ordered ahead on the app at 6 pm. I set my order to be picked up at 6:25 pm. I live 15 miles away but I grew up on Sonic & am loyal.I checked in at 6:24 pm, it's 6:51 and the people who pulled in next to me have gotten their order & left. I'm still waiting I'm lost as to how or why. I have never waited so long for an order.
Very good, they were packed with cars but I was still able to get a spot in the drive-in and got my food within 10 minutes. The server was very friendly and the food was fresh. A nice experience if you ask me.
It was very busy and didnt expect to get the food as quick as we did let alone on memorial day! This was a great last minute option on such a day and the food was delicious! Thank you! Keep up the good work! There is a reason you were busy and it's definitely not because y'all can't keep it together. It seems like you're running a pretty tight ship these days!
“Sometimes” okay. They don’t use the good ice in sodas anymore. If you wait a while for your food you can tell it has been crammed in the bag and sitting for quite some time probably in a heated unit while they are waiting for more food. Well guess what? Burgers do a lot better sitting on their bottoms until it’s ready for bagging. They shouldn’t even be bagged sideways to begin with. So thank you for the ketchup mustard mess.
A friend and I stopped for breakfast. I ordered the breakfast burrito (sausage) meal and she had the meat extreme breakfast burrito meal. Service was fast and on point. Food was hot and fresh. Recommend this Sonic location.
The closest Sonic to me, unfortunately, but I’ll make the drive from time to time. Service is consistent, and everything is always hot or cold, depending on what we get.Open late too, thankfully. Beware the slushes, they are delicious, and you will have IMMEDIATE brain freeze. (This is not a complaint, so much as just a fact. ;) )
Ordered a small reeses blast, a mini m&m blast, 2 corn dogs and a small fry.Blasts were made backwards. Meaning I received a mini reeses blast and a small m&m blast.Fry was brown, cold, soggy and not even full. Thankfully replaced at no charge.No spoons for either blast. Asked for spoons and still havent received them 10 mins later. The saddest part is that the business wasn't packed like some nights. I typically give the benefit of the doubt because of covid but this is ridiculous.
Slightly above average service here. Pulled into the drive-thru, waited several uncomfortable minutes without being acknowledged. Finally had to ask if anyone was at the speaker. Person who answered seemed a little stressed, not terribly friendly. Gal at the window was polite so I call it a wash.This location is very hit or miss as far as that goes, but I’ve never gotten cold food or inedible food. Service can be a little slow, unfortunately, but given the state of things, that’s to be expected.Don’t go during half-price happy hour and you should be fine. Otherwise, be prepared to deal with plenty of other hungry people.
