Came here for lunch on a weekday. It was pretty empty. Got seated almost immediately. I don't know if their AC was out or they were just trying to save money on the power bill, but boy was it hot in there. I felt bad for the people working in there. If I can start sweating just from sitting there, I can't even imagine how miserable it would be to actually work there. But the server was handling it like a champ! The food was just ok. A little skimpy on portion size, sauces were kinda boring. Prices were a bit on the exorbitant side, for bbq. Their one saving grace was the service.
I love going because of the service yet they salmon is small and broccoli unseasoned. I will still go because my husband loves the food.
I went into Smokey Bones in Greenwood, Indiana on Tuesday evening. It was so hot in the dining room that it was almost impossible to have a quick beer and dinner. In my short time there I watched 4 people get up and leave because it was so hot. It’s a great restaurant and have great potential. Just need to do something with the building or they will lose all their business. I hope they take care of the issue and it gets resolved soon.
Ordered by calling-in the order for two Ribfeast dinners. Supposed to include garlic toast but restaurant did not include in the finished and bagged order. Two sides and a sweet tea with each dinner. Only one small container of sauce provided to use for both dinners. Teas(3 total) ordered but were NOT sweet teas. Ribs were good but needed more sauce. Quality control not used to inspect and complete the order. No garlic bread and non- sweet teas. Restaurant can dowith some quality control inspection before bagging the orders…..
the food was entirely delicious. excellent service I would definitely recommend to eat there I will definitely be back there to eat again. my server Gabby did a fine job quit poking me through can you also showing me my options. her smile when she greets awesome and very warm felt. and the kitchen crew did an amazing job with the food. let Gabby know that Les says thanks for your service

Great food and quiet atmosphere for my wife and I. We had huge portions and were stuffed when we left. Definitely will return!
The restaurant is very clean, the staff was very helpful. The server was very nice. I had baked salmon with garlic butter which was quite dry and sweet potato fries that was really great. I didn't take any pictures sorry.
Been awhile since eating here and such a drastic improvement. Absolutely great food and best smoked wings around with plenty of choices of sauces. Comfortable environment and kid friendly as well, highly recommend. Also, plenty of on tap beer choices with around 30 taps and a nice bar atmosphere.
We ate here the other night and it was delicious! Service was great as well. The only thing that left us scratching our heads a little was the dessert...still good just not quite what we thought we were getting lol
