Turtle Sunday was very good. Friendly service and the store was clean.
The best ice cream place in Indy in my opinion. The black raspberry glacier is the bomb!!
This is a great hangout/special occasion place, but their prices are pretty high to go here on a regular basis. They were fast and friendly though, and the ice cream was really good! They do have tables outside to sit and eat at. So on a nice evening, when it's not too hot, this is a fantastic place to go on occasion.
They use only real ingredients. I've never had a bad ANYTHING there in the 20 odd years they've been open. It is kinda pricey, but it's frozen custard, not some soft serve out of a fastfood machine. You're at least getting what you pay for.
Service much worse than it used to be. At least 4 employees inside, would not come to walk-up window, and only a few cars were in drive- thru. Second time of poor device at this Ritters which we have come to for past 20 years and poor service started in past 6 months
Save your time and go to Handel's. Came here because Handel's was super busy. Ice cream was very bland. After getting to the window the guy asked if we wanted to give a 15, 20 , or 25% tip. It was very awkward.
Oh my, it's so good. I got the chocolate blizzard with brownie chunks. So good!

The have great service, and ice cream. The old dive style building is very nostalgic, and refreshing to see.
