If you are a rewards member, don't bother trying to use them here. Had a coupon for the new XL fry that literally has an expiration on it and couldn't use it. Was also greeted with a very long list of items that the restaurant was out of. You'd think that if your rewards members came to show you a reward that expires within a day, you'd have some way to honor the reward and keep your customers coming back. Sadly this is the closest Rally's, and was also the most disappointing.
The order was screwed up. Ordered deep sea double. Got it home and it was a single. Tried too call the number on the receipt twice no answer left a message.
It was ok. Order taker great. Window server just ok. Food was good, especially the banana shake. It was a hot day.
Really surprised!! The Rally's in Richmond is horrible!! But, I thought I would stop and see. I'm glad I did, the Big Buford and the fries were AWESOME!!! Thanks!!
Chicken not fully cooked, and food cold.I don't expect any fast food establishment to deliver food that looks like the photos, but serving undercooked chicken is dangerous. Someone needs to 'get it together' at Rallys. This is not the first incident, and I'm wondering how this chain has fallen into such disarray over the past few years.Edit: In response to the reply from Rallys, we had already reached out, and were offered a $5 coupon. While this is something, I feel like the last thing I want to do is immediately rush back for more after our last experience.I remember Rallys as having higher standards than this, and honestly just hope for a return to form. The voice on the order station was cheerful and friendly. I ordered the deep sea double, it came out hot and fresh. Could have used more tartar sause, but it was good.
This place is ridiculous. We've tried to eat here twice in the last four days at night. You pull up and it's two or three workers sitting outside smoking god knows what. You pull in the drive thru and their like our systems down or the fryers broke or some lame excuse. Close it and go home. Why be there on the clock smoking just to tell customers that your closed.
Was in line at drive-thru yesterday when a Rallys worker was walking up to the building yelling how he wished people would go somewhere else loud enough for everyone to hear him. Your wish is my command. I left and went elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Will not return to his location
Food was cold. Disappointing for as long as the line was. Usually worth the wait
The delivery driver handed my order to the wrong person. It took half an hour for them to answer the phone, and when they did, the person who answered was extremely rude. They flat out refused to give me the number to their corporate line and wouldn't pass the phone to a manager. If I could rate a company 0 stars, I would. Would not order from this location under any circumstances.
