Stopped in for a 5pc chicken tender combo.Pros:*Nice cool temp inside!*Quick serviceCons:*NO trash can outside*Floor slick and greasy feeling*Paper towels just sitting on counter instead of in a dispenser in the women's rest room*Didn't receive cup for drink or requested sauce*Coke machine needed cleaned and was out of most flavors*Some tenders were thin & skimpy instead of being a consistent size.*Busciut was too dry like it'd been under the heat too longOverall I love Popeyes flavor however, I wouldn't stop back into this location again. I was disappointed by the cleanliness, and soda offerings. The restroom wasnt the worst I've seen but it could have been cleaner and better equipped. The service was quick but I had to go back to ask for a cup and just skipped the sauce because I didn't want to visit the counter again. After leaving I realized there was no trash can outside so I had to go back in to toss my cup.
Left waiting for my mobile order today while they "found it". The food was all cold. There were 5 tenders not 6 and no sauce, not even for the kids meal. Very disappointed. I frequent here but after today I'll just drive a little further to Indy where food is always fresh.
This would be zero stars if possible. We have eaten here once before and just wasn’t impressed, but my mom wanted to come and try it, she says it always looks so good on TV! So I thought, ok, I’ll give it another try and see how it goes….unfortunately it sucked. I brought her here as part of her Mother’s Day gift. We arrived shortly before noon and placed our order, which was almost $50 for 4 people. We sat down and waited and waited and waited some more, we watched everyone in the drive thru get their food and a couple of people who also came in to place an order, received their food before us. After 25 mins of waiting I politely went to the counter and asked what the hold up was…the guy stated he was fixing it and he was waiting on chicken. He also apologized for being shorthanded. 15 more mins passed and finally my husband had had enough! He went to the counter and demanded a refund. We then left, mad and hungry! So down the road to Chic-Fil-A we went, where we placed an order and received it in under 5 mins, and might I add, they were PACKED!!!!! But they still did it with a smile on their face, pleasant words and FAST!!!! Take a lesson Popeyes, you’re losing business left and right! Shortly after we walked out, so did another family who had also been waiting! You don’t serve people who came in after other people… get it together!!!
Wish I could leave zero stars. Stood in line for over 10 mins before she waited on one person. Took their order then ignored everyone else except for the door dashers. There was a lady who went around the drive thru twice then told to come in. Employees running their hands thru their hair then handling the food?. Girl at front stating she didn’t know what was going on!!! Needless to say we left!!! No food for us.
The employees at this location are a bunch of rude, lazy and incompetent slobs. Seriously, the worst fast food experiences I've had have come from this Greenwood Popeye's. Also, they're so weird and greedy when it comes to dipping sauces. The constant gatekeeping of what types of pieces of chicken you can get sauces for is really annoying. They said that they're "not allowed to give sauces with the chicken sandwiches." Says who?? It's just so strange. And they get so defensive if you mention that they forgot/screwed up part of the order.
Placed an order online at 12:47. Drove to drive thru and gave my name as website instructed. They said they didn't have the order and sometimes it takes a few minutes to show up, so I parked to wait a few minutes. I finally got my order at 1:26.
4/9/22~We decided to grab dinner from the drive-thru and take it back to our hotel room to enjoy. There is a Popeyes down the street from us back home, but unfortunately, the service there is beyond subpar, so we joked about having to come all the way here to get good quality food and service. Lol! My only issue was that there was no regular dark meat prepared (without a half hour + wait) and the only options were spicy flavored dark meat or regular flavored chicken breasts. We didn't want to wait so we got breast & spicy dark meat meals. We enjoyed our meals!
Waited 30 minutes for SIDES to never receive them and left sitting outside, after being brought the wrong order. 5 workers being clocked in and unable to warm up premade chicken and sides while also being unprofessional is sickening. Save your time and go somewhere with actual service - joking with coworkers like it was funny to misplace or forget an order was the cherry on the cake. How any of these workers are employed is beyond me
Awsome food but very pricey. Drive through only.They did forget to give me my forks for my sides. They also didn't provide any napkins. This was very frustrating sense we went to a park to eat. Had to adapt and over come. . Need to work on things to conform customers have all ther essential items before they drive off.
First time I have ever tried Popeyes and it was an experience. I walked in the door about a half hour before noon and didn’t receive a chicken sandwich until 12:15. They told me that no one thawed out the chicken when they arrived in the morning. I understand that there is a shortage in employment, but I expected a little better service. I had to watch a customer request a refund because they were waiting so long for their order. As for my meal, the chicken sandwich was good, and I recommend. The fries were good, but slightly too seasoned (my opinion).
