Faith, Tanner, and Alexis always take very good care of us each time we visit! They're always very polite, nice, professional, quick and reliable! They make a great team together! I'll be a loyal customer as long as they're in staff!
Man I really tried to give you guys another chance after you opened backup but it's the same Pizza Hut as before. Got the Big Box the boneless wings and the bread OK both of my pizza's raw dough. How can a pizza place not cook it properly? Is your oven not working right? Thin layer of cheese a few toppings spread out and raw dough in the middle.Owner, please respond with a real excuse. Not your copy and paste reply that shows you really care. This location will shut down again sooner than later ...awful ownership. You have a gold mine sitting here. But prefer to make cheap bad pizzas. Word is spreading again about how horrible this place still is.
Ordered pizza by phone for takeaway. When I arrived, pizza was ready and delicious!
On my last order, they left off 1/3 of the toppings that I ordered on my pizza. THEN, they contracted with Doordash to deliver a cold pizza from the front seat of their car. I have a DASHPASS and could order cold pizza free if I wanted to do that. I purposely ordered from a pizza restaurant so they would at least deliver it hot in their pizza carriers. But instead, I paid a $4.99 delivery fee and $37 total for a cold pizza that was missing 1/3 of the toppings I paid for. I called the restaurant to complain, and got a recording, and they weren't even closed yet. The whole experience is just unacceptable.
Ordered a pizza and breadsticks an entire hour before closing. They waited til almost 9 then cancelled our order and still took our payment. They also shut their phones off so we couldn’t call. We got emails confirming the order and saying it was being made. This Pizza Hut is only open about 4 hours a day. If you can’t order after 8 either that makes 3 hours a day.
I ordered at 6pm and never received our order. I tried calling but the message said they were closed but my charge card was charged $43. I understand staff shortage these days and am very patient, but they should have called and said they could not make delivery or my order so that my family gave up at 9:30 pm and went unfed.
On October 14th I made an online order for delivery. The pizza was never delivered. I tried to call the store and the call keeps getting transferred to a Pizza Hut in Arizona. My card was charged and I have had no luck getting my pizza or money back. I finally disputed the charge today with the bank. Pizza Hut is my favorite cheap pizza. I usually have no problems with this store. But someone is asleep at the wheel to let online orders be made when closed. The poor Arizona employee said the calls have been going to them for a while. That's ridiculous.
We placed our order online and noticed we forgot the apartment number. We called the number provided and we were connected to a Pizza Hut in Arizona. We tried two more times and checked the number each time and got to the same store in Arizona. They confirmed that they have been getting calls from customers in Indiana. They provided the number for the customer service line and we cannot get through to a representative. Do not order from here, you will not get your pizza and will have difficultly getting a refund. I will not order from Pizza Hut again.
We ordered online at 3:40pm over $67.00 in pizza. By 6:40 my kids were starving. Came to the store because the phone number went to another state. The store is locked up, completely dark, and seems abandoned. I want my money back asap, and I will NOT ever be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
There were four of us waiting outside the location at 6pm on a Thursday trying to pick up orders we placed online and the door was locked and no one was there. If you called the location you’d get transferred to a location in Arizona. Took over 30 minutes and three different numbers to get a hold of corporate. Supposed to be getting refund within three days.
