The pizza I received at 1033 s US 31 in greenwood was soggy and gross ! It was so greasy and soggy that I had to throw it away! I will NEVER order pizza from this location again .Pathetic!!
We use this location a lot. The employees always give us a smile and great service. The food is prepared to our specifications and is hot when we pick it up.
Ordered online said 30 to 45 mins to delivered says came 13 mins after order was placed knocked 5 times n called 5 times but phone never rang called store n asked where was pizza resending 1 hour later still no pizza call back n its gonna be another 45 mins to an hour mind you ordered at 8 44 it almost 11pm I understand place are short of help but 3 hrs and u are .09 miles frm my house not accepted and you wonder why business is the way it no wonder places are closing people are not gonna pay 4 low quality food or service...
Took over 2 hours because they outsource their delivery to doordash. If I would've known I would've went elsewhere. Pizza was cold by the time I finally got it and I also had to walk halfway across my neighborhood because despite my address being correct they delivered to the wrong place . The app completely lied to me on the status of my order. I would've been okay if they had been honest that they use door dash. But I was told my order was out for delivery by their website long before it left the building

You can really tell they care by the way they copy/paste the same reply to every negative review.Ordered online, with contactless delivery, texting, and paying for everything online. Delivery driver arrives, rings my doorbell, gets in my face to deliver my pizzas, and has me sign a receipt. I called Pizza Hut's number to explain the situation, and it's someone in a completely different place trying to contact the store I got my order from who left me on hold for 30+ mins so I would just give up and let it go. Don't waste your time, they don't take you or your concerns seriously.
First off I drove 20mins because the location close to me didn’t have stuffed crust. So I get there and they couldn’t take my $100 and wanted me to go somewhere and get change( the counter does say no large bills) but I ordered online and it did not say anything about it. Thankfully my husband had his card on him. Then I go out to car and was missing sauce for breadsticks. We go back in and was asked for receipt so back out to the car AGAIN which was annoying with how much snow and ice was in parking lot. Then I get home and find this hair. Ridiculous
Pizza looked and felt horrible. Dry, crumbly, hard, and surprisingly expensive. Took it out to the car long enough to take this picture, and to call my spouse to see if she wanted me to bring it home. Was super dissatisfied so went back in for a refund. Owner issued refund no issues. Whole process from ordering to refund was over an hour with a car full of hungry children.The days of pizza hut being an acceptable dinner option are behind us.
Will not being going to this location again. Gave the place numerous chances. Even after an assistant manager decided to add a $5 tip to my carry out order when I clearly marked it w a 0 with a slash thru it after I left. Today they got my order wrong, I ordered a large Supreme but got a large Meat Lover's instead. Granted isn't a big deal BUT when I had to walk back in before knowing this because the dude forgot to give us our order of breadsticks they proceeded to have an attitude. Nah, enough chances for this place especially when you call 4 times only to be hung up on.I'll be doing my business at the Franklin location from now on.
I've ordered 3 times in the last year, each time is an issue. To me it seems it just severely understaffed. All businesses are suffering this issue so I get that, but the issues could have been handled differently. 3 stars bc when/if you do get the food, it's hot and tasty.
I requested extra sauce. It did not have extra sauce. Other than that the pizza was good. Plenty of toppings, nicely baked crust and timely prepared.
