Ordered L bacon, sausage, pepperoni pizza cost ~$20 plus a L pepperoni. There was darn little bacon, pepperoni and sausage. This is the last papa John’s pizza for us. Skimpy ingredients on my take out order.
Driver showed up drunk almost dropping pizza in front of door step
When we checked in for curbside delivery the app acknowledged we checked in and said "we'll bring your order out shortly", and the order showed ready. Twenty minutes later we were still waiting. We went in to get the food. There were four boys working, not one of them acknowledged our presence at the counter, and one of them was standing right in front folding boxes. After saying excuse me twice he looked up. I asked to speak to a manager, it was wone of the other boys. I explained the above, he said "well we've been really busy, what's the name on the order?" He did not offer an apology or any compensation. This is our last visit to this location as this is not the first time we have had issues.
Pizza was very good. Employee who assisted was very nice and helpful. I will go back to this store. It must be good because it was very busy but I was in and out in no time!
Went to pick up pizza in store. The phone rang right as I was opening the door and the young gal didn’t acknowledge that I was there, didn’t smile or greet me, didn’t say “I’ll be with you in a moment, NOTHING! I waited 11 minutes before she got off the phone. During my wait, after about 7 minutes the manager walked across the front and said. “What’s the name”?, picked it out of warmer shelf and put it on the corner and said “she’ll ring you up”…(the one on the phone ignoring me). I noted during my wait that the pizza maker had long curly, unkept care, half hat band style with hair fluffy around it and shaking it. Wow! Where is the Board of Health at? Very POOR customer service and management! Food was fair, not usual good taste.
THIS PLACE HAD A BAD MANAGER ON FRIDAY 3/11/2022. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ON EVERY LEVEL. I ordered the pizza at 6:20p and wad told it would be ready in 15min. It was not ready and the girl that is overweight, younger, with glasses at the counter got snippy with me. I asked to speak to her manager and she was even more rude then her employee. She rolled her eyes and blamed everything on that they were too busy to give a care. They suggested I just cancel my order after they took over 40 min for a single pizza. The female manager, with blonde hair, and heavy ish needs to learn how to manage and how to be respectful. I love this pizza just don't love being treated like I'm trash when it's not my fault.
Our delivery driver was very nice and our food was good and on time.
Scheduled a pizza 30 minutes out. Was ready in 5 minutes, which would be good if we weren’t 30 minutes away. So… cold pizza
My kids love there pizza. Always fresh for sure my families favorite.
Doesn't except $100 bills which is very frustrating when that's all the cash you have. Next time they will just have to either take the American currency I have to pay with or they can just eat the cost of the pizzas. I will not be back. There are plenty of pizza places.
