Great place to knock out some work. It’s nice that you can walk up and refill your coffee without having to wait in line. The best opportunity for growth would be keeping the tables and floors cleaner and free of crumbs.
Panera serves my favorite strawberry chicken salad in the summer. Today I went to get one for me and mom. There were a lot staff standing around and one person taking orders. Finally a second register opened. The cashier didn't seem happy to be helping. Her speech was unclear and when I asked her a question she was miffed followed with slight eye roll. My order was to go. I gave the order, paid for the order and wasn't sure I needed to do anything else. She looked over my shoulder at the next person to help them. I said oh sorry I wasn't sure we were finished. My order was called. I got my bag and left. As soon as I got to my car, I checked the order and there were missing items. I went back in and had to interrupt their conversation. There sat my bagels cut and toasted... waiting to be put in a bag. I don't mind paying more for good fresh food, but when the staff stinks, that ruins the experience. Oh and while I am standing there one gal literally had her phone out texting. Geeez
Haven't been to Panera in years. They must have changed their menu. Signature Take sandwich was good, but way overpriced for it's small size. If you go, get a salad.
This Panera is great. It's easy to find and easy to park. The girl at the register rinded me to use my rewards phone number. The guy serving the food is super quick and friendly, he calls your name really loud so you can hear. He's also the one who gave me a small container to pack my Mac and cheese to go. There were plenty of two tops and four tops available for us to choose, and the booths are wide enough that you have room to sit and move. My recent unit of measure is whether I can fit the baby seat in the booth sideways, and it was just right.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful, from the person taking the order to the person handing out the food. The food and drink selection was outstanding! The atmosphere was nice and cool. Panera will definitely become a place I will consider when going out to eat. Thank you!!
The service staff & managerial team, especially Joe & Megan respectively are outstanding, welcoming, friendly, energetic, & very helpful. I highly recommend this Panera location 100%. You will NOT be disappointed that you chose this location to dine or carry out your delicious order.
I would have given them five stars because food is usually great, but I had a pickup order Friday and a part of the order was not in the bag. I have called 5 times since trying to resolve the issue and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. While I understand it is just a bagel, I did pay for the item and did not recieve it. Why should I just give Panera Bread $ 5.00. I just want the food that I paid for or a refund in a timely manner.
A nice casual place for a quick and satisfying lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of heat in the Mexican Street Corn Chowder. The spiciness was addicting, and I couldn't stop eating it. And the creamy part of the soup helped cool off the spice somewhat quickly, and the crunch from the tortilla chips gave it some texture and additional flavor. The Asian Citrus Crunch Salad with Chicken was chock full of flavor and fresh vegetables. The noodles added a nice crunch, the chicken added some protein, and the tangerine soy ginger dressing brought this salad to an amazingly delicious level. My son's Tomato Soup tasted like tomato sauce, and we couldn't stop dipping our bread into it. He loved his Grilled Cheese that he constantly dipped into his Tomato Soup. My wife enjoyed her Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich because she enjoys her buffalo chicken, but thought it would taste better with a slice of cheese such as pepper jack. All in all a great stop for lunch.
Ordered lunch for delivery, it arrived terribly wrong, but was corrected quickly. Food was good, delivery very quick, service extraordinary but way over priced. A small side salad and half a turkey sandwich for over $16. It is a splurge
grilled cheese is good and the tomato soup in bread bowl was good.
